Definitions
- the invention relates to a reclosable bag according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
- Resealable bags in particular for bulk goods such as rice and the like, are known in many designs. They usually comprise a closure made of two complementary profile strips which can be connected to one another by pressing them together and opened by pulling them apart or by means of a slide. Such a closure is known from EP-0843636B1.
- the two profile strips are glued onto the still flat film web from which the bags will later be formed.
- the two film strips forming the closure are connected to the film web in such a way that the two free edges, ie the edges opposite the interlocking edges, do not come to lie one above the other, but rather extend wing-like away from the intermeshing parts.
- a perforation is provided which makes it possible to detach a strip from the film in order to gain access to the closure located behind it and located inside the bag.
- the manufacture of such a bag or the application of the closure can be carried out by simple means before the bag is produced.
- the handling of this known closure is impractical, because on the one hand the access to the closure through the slit-shaped opening is very narrow after the perforated strip has been removed and on the other hand the reclosure is also impractical, since pressure is exerted on the closure from the back by the partially still present filling material be exercised in order to be able to reconnect it.
- An object of the present invention is to provide a reclosable bag with a reclosable closure, which is secured against tamper-evident within the bag behind a tear strip and which is optimally accessible after removal of the tamper-evident strip and can thus be opened and closed with ease.
- the possibility created by the invention of opening and closing the closure from the inside of the bag makes it possible to access the bag as if the closure were attached to the upper end of the bag.
- the reclosure can be carried out by guiding the closure between two fingers pressed against one another, as is possible with a bag that can be opened at the top. Before opening, the closure is protected and tamper-proof inside the bag. Every attempted manipulation is immediately visible.
- the upper end of the bag, through which it has been filled, can be closed with a seam in the simplest way, e.g. welded or sewn.
- the filling material does not come into contact with the closure before the first opening, because this is completely separated from the filling material by a cover sheet. Only after first opening, i.e. by cutting the cover sheet, access to the contents is created from the outside. When filling material comes into contact with the closure, it can be easily removed and the closure kept clean.
- FIG. 1 shows a perspective illustration of a bag, cut open on one side, completely unopened
- FIG. 2 shows a schematic cross section through the front bag wall in the area of the closure in a second embodiment of the invention
- FIG. 3 shows a schematic cross section through the front bag wall in the area of the closure
- FIG 4 shows a schematic cross section through the front bag wall in the area of the closure, safety tape torn off

- FIG. 3 shows a schematic cross section through the front bag wall in the area of the closure

- Figure 7 shows a schematic cross section through the front bag wall in the area of the closure, cut through the closure
- Figure 8 shows a schematic cross section through the front bag wall in the area of the closure, closure again Swiss cooperative.
- the upper region of the front wall 3 and the rear wall 5 are visible on the bag 1, which is only partially shown.
- the two walls 3, 5 are non-detachably connected at the top after filling by a welding and / or thread seam 7, or seam 7 for short.
- the bottom of the bag 1 is not shown.
- two perforation lines 9 connected to one another at the ends thereof, formed by incisions or holes made by means of laser, are visible.
- the perforation lines 9 delimit a tear or security strip 11, which can be torn out of the front wall 3, which is made of a film or another film material, by hand.
- a fastener 13 and a cover sheet 15 are fastened behind the security strip 11 on the inside of the front wall 3 by sealing seams 17a and 1-7b.
- the edges of the inner and outer closure parts (13a, 13b) can be connected to the front wall (3) by a common or two separate welded or sealed seams 17b.
- the lower edge of the cover sheet 15 is fastened to the inner closure part 13a by a sealing seam 17c.
- the upper edge and the side edges of the cover sheet 15 are permanently attached to the inside of the front wall 3 by an adhesive or sealed seam.
- the outer closure part 13b and the inner closure part 13a are by a tear or Groove closure 19, also called “cut-n-seal" closure, releasably connectable.
- Handle strips 21 can be molded onto the inner and outer closure part (13a, 13b) of the zipper or groove closure 19 for better handling.
- closure arrangement could also be arranged on the rear wall 5.
- FIG. 7 shows only the front wall 3 of the opened bag 1 after the security strip 11 has been pulled off and the groove closure 19 has been opened, i.e. Pull apart the two parts 19a and 19b.
- the inner closure part 13a is cut through a cutting line 23 with a knife 25 or, if provided, along a perforation cutting line 23.
- the closing part 13a coming to the inside could be connected directly to the front bag wall 3 by a peelable connection 29 (FIG. 2). This design would allow opening B to be exposed without the aid of a knife.
- the closure 13 lies behind the security strip 11.
- the latter is wholly or partially removed in FIG. 4. Pulling off can be done by hand without tools.
- the perforation 9 is broken through with a fingernail and the security strip 11 is thus detected.
- the closure 13 is freely accessible in or behind the opening 27, which was created in the front wall 3 after the security strip 11 had been pulled off.
- the closure 13 can be closed at this time, ie the groove closure parts 19a and 19b can be joined together; it is also possible to open the closure 13 before the first opening between the
- the closure 13 can be pulled out of the opening 27 (see FIG. 5). If the groove closure parts 19a and 19b have not yet been pulled apart (as shown in FIG. 5), they can be pulled apart on the grip strips 21 in a known manner (FIG. 6).
- the knife 25 can be used to make a cut from outside, ie between the two closure parts 13a and 13b at point A, or, if there is a perforation line 23 there, it can be broken through with a finger or another pointed object (state according to FIG 7). This creates a removal opening B, which is located behind the opening 27 located.
- the removal opening B can be closed again by pressing the two groove closure parts 19a and 19b together (state in FIG. 8).
- the reclosure takes place outside the front wall 3.
- the closure 13 can now, if desired, be pushed back into the interior of the bag 1 (not shown).
- a glider one with a glider (no illustration) can also be used.
- the cover sheet 15 can be attached directly to the groove closure part 19a or can be directly requested / extruded.
- the two closure parts 13a and 13b can also be connected to one another along their free edges or consist of a single drawn part. Furthermore, the cover sheet 15 can be produced in one piece with the closure part 13a instead of being fastened by the sealing seam 17c to the closure part 13a.
