Abstract

Der RESH (1) aus der Aufbereitung von zerkleinertem Elektronikschrott enthält noch 1 bis 3% Kupfer in Form von feinsten Drahtstücken (15). Mit der erfindungsgemässen Vorrichtung wird ein grosser Teil dieses Kupfers zurückgewonnen. Als Trennmerkmal wird hierbei der Umstand benutzt, dass sich die Drahtstücke (15) in faserigen Werkstoffen verhaken, während die plattigen oder massigen anderen Bestandteile (16) des zerkleinerten Elektronikschrottes (1) dies nicht tun. Zur Separation wird eine mit einem Faserbelag (13) bespannte rotierende Trommel (11) verwendet. Durch Vibration der Trommel wird sowohl das Verhaken der Drähte (15) als auch der Abwurf der Drähte begünstigt. Die Separation erfolgt dadurch, dass die plattigen und massigen Bestandteile (16) an der geneigten Flanke der Trommel (11) der Schwerkraft folgend abrutschen, die Drähte (15) jedoch durch die Verhakung im Fasermaterial (13) bis in einen überhängenden Bereich der Trommel (11) mitgeschleppt werden.

The separation takes place in that the plate-like and bulky components (16) on the inclined flank of the drum (11) slip by gravity, but the wires (15) by the entanglement in the fiber material (13) into an overhanging portion of the drum ( 11) are dragged along.
