Abstract

Beschrieben werden mehrere Ausführungen einer Rollband-Kontakt-Einheit zur permanenten oder bewegungsabhängig intermittierenden elektromechanisch galvanischen Verbindung zweier Systeme. Die Verbindung erfolgt über abrollende, ein- oder mehrlagige, elektrisch leitende und im entspannten Zustand kreisförmige Schleifen bildende Blattfedern, die über zwei örtlich unterschiedlichen Lagerstellen an eine passende Kontaktfläche angedrückt wird. Die Geometrie der Feder im entspannten Zustand weicht (wie bei Federn üblich) von der Geometrie im angedrückten Zustand ab und übt dadurch eine Kontaktkraft auch oder nur außerhalb der Lagerstellen auf die Kontaktfläche aus, was den effektiven Stromflussquerschnitt im Kontaktbereich günstig beeinflusst. Der Andruck der Blattfedern (Rollbänder) an die starren Kontaktflächen erfolgt mit Andruckrollen als Andrucklager.

Several embodiments of a roller conveyor contact unit for permanent or movement-dependent intermittent electromechanical galvanic connection of two systems are described. The connection is made via rolling, single or multi-layer, electrically conductive and in the relaxed state circular loops forming leaf springs, which is pressed on two locally different bearings on a matching contact surface. The geometry of the spring in the relaxed state deviates (as is usual with springs) from the geometry in the pressed state and thereby exerts a contact force or only outside of the bearing points on the contact surface, which favorably influenced the effective current flow cross-section in the contact area. The pressure of the leaf springs (conveyor belts) to the rigid contact surfaces is done with pinch rollers as Andrucklager.
