Claims (8)

  1. Synthetischer Stopfen für Glasflaschen, bestehend aus einem einzelnen Körper, der zwei verbundene Anteile aus synthetischem Material umfasst, die ein unterschiedliches Verformungsvermögen aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten zwei Anteile, die ein unterschiedliches Verformungsvermögen aufweisen, übereinander entlang des genannten synthetischen Stopfens angeordnet sind und einen ersten oberen plastischen Anteil (P) und einen zweiten unteren elastischen Anteil (E), der einen einzelnen Körper mit dem genannten plastischen Anteil (P) bildet, umfassen.
  2. Synthetischer Stopfen nach Anspruch 1, wobei das genannte unterschiedliche Verformungsvermögen mittels einer einzelnen Komponente (13) oder mehrerer semiexpandierter Schaummaterialien (11, 12, 15) erhalten werden kann.
  3. Synthetischer Stopfen nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, wobei das genannte unterschiedliche Verformungsvermögen mittels einer Polyolefinkomponente (11), bevorzugt Polyethylen, erhalten wird.
  4. Synthetischer Stopfen nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, wobei das genannte unterschiedliche Verformungsvermögen mittels einer Elastomerkomponente (12), bevorzugt Styrol-Butadien, erhalten wird.
  5. Synthetischer Stopfen nach den vorangegangenen Ansprüchen, wobei das genannte unterschiedliche Verformungsvermögen durch Realisieren einer Kavität (14) innerhalb des Stopfens und/oder eines Einsatzes (15) in einem semiexpandiertem Schaummaterial erhalten wird.
  6. Synthetischer Stopfen nach Anspruch 2, wobei das genannte unterschiedliche Verformungsvermögen mittels einer einzelnen Komponente (13), die unterschiedliche Dichten aufweist, erhalten wird.
  7. Synthetischer Stopfen nach irgendeinem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, wobei der genannte Stopfen pilzförmig ist.
  8. Synthetischer Stopfen nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei der genannte Stopfen oben abgeflacht ist.
