- les figures 4 et 5 représentent des vues respectivement similaires aux figures 1 et 2 précitées, avant et après fermeture, d'un sachet conforme à une variante de réalisation de la présente invention comprenant deux soufflets repliés sur des faces diamétralement opposées du sachet,FIGS. 4 and 5 show respectively similar views to the aforementioned FIGS. 1 and 2, before and after closure, of a bag according to an alternative embodiment of the present invention comprising two folded gussets on diametrically opposite faces of the bag,
FIGS. 1 and 2 show a schematic representation of a bag according to the invention at two successive stages of its manufacture. As seen in FIG. 1, the pouch according to the invention originally comprises a generally tubular bag body 10 having an opening mouth 12 and a bottom 14 at its opposite end. Preferably, the bag body 10 is defined by four main walls orthogonal to each other. Its section is thus generally square or rectangular. Two of these walls are illustrated in Figure 1 under the references 15 and 16. The two additional walls are respectively parallel and perpendicular to each of these two walls 15 and 16. The walls of the bag can be subject to many embodiments. It is preferably walls of thermoplastic material. These walls can be single or multi-layer (s) and mono or multi-material (x). If necessary, it may be a paper support coated with a layer of thermoplastic material, or a metallized thermoplastic layer. The bag 10 can be made using a single sheet or several sheets, for example two sheets welded together at their edges, preferably along edges connecting the main walls, for example the edge common to the walls 15 and 16. As mentioned above, in the context of the present invention, a portion 20 of the bag body 10, here adjacent to the bottom 14, is folded back on itself in the form of a bellows. The portion 20 of the bag 10 folded in the form of a bellows has a length substantially equal to twice the width of the bag. The above lengths .1 and width .2 of the bag are considered perpendicular to the line 22 of folding the bellows. The aforementioned folding operation is shown schematically by an arrow referenced P in Figure 1. The bellows thus obtained from the bottom 14 is referenced 24 in Figure 2. As seen in Figure 2, preferably the bellows 24 covers thus the entire section of the bag so that after completion of the bellows 24, at the bottom, the bag 10 has a triple thickness in the form of layers referenced 25, 26 and 27 in Figure 2. The bellows 24 is maintained in this position by a removable connecting element. This can be the subject of many variants. According to a first embodiment, the aforementioned removable connecting element may be formed of a self-adhesive strip. Such a self-adhesive strip may be provided on the end of the bag and the bellows in the form of the strip referenced 30 in FIG. 1, or on one of the walls 16 of the bag intended to receive the end of the bellows, in the form of of the band referenced 32 in Figure 1, or two complementary adhesive strips corresponding to the two strips 30 and 32 shown in Figure 1. (These two strips 30 and 32 being brought into contact during the folding of the bellows 24). The aforementioned strips 30 and / or 32 extend parallel to the fold line 22 of the bellows, substantially over the entire height of the bag 3, said height 3 being considered parallel to the fold line 22. According to another variant of FIG. realization, the removable connection means may be formed of complementary elements located respectively at the bands 30 and 32 above shown in Figure 1, that is to say one on the end of the bag coinciding with the end of the bellows 24 and the other at a wall 16 of the bag body for receiving the end of the bellows 24 and above. By way of nonlimiting example, such complementary elements may be formed of complementary structures of velvet / hook type or complementary male / female profiles, or even complementary hook structures (possibly actuated by a slider). Such connecting elements are well known to those skilled in the art and will therefore not be described in detail later. In the context of the present invention, the bag further comprises at least one closure element, capable of multiple openings / closures. Such a closure assembly is referenced 50 in the accompanying figures. As previously indicated, in the context of the present invention, this element 50 adapted to ensure a resealable opening extends transversely to the fold line 22 of the bellows and covers the entire width of the bellows and at least a substantial portion of the bag body. It thus allows easy access to all the contents of the sachet. Preferably, the bag comprises means preventing the closing element 50 from being biased by the contents of the bag when the bellows is held folded by a connecting element 30, 32. By way of nonlimiting example, the assembly closure member 50 is preferably provided on an edge of a bellows transverse to the fold line 22. The closure assembly 50 may itself be subject to numerous variations. It may be a self-adhesive element, complementary elements of velvet- / hook type, complementary elements of the male / female type or complementary hook-type elements. FIG. 6 shows an advantageous variant of the present invention in which the closing element 50 is thus formed of two complementary sections 52, 54 respectively comprising a male-type element 53 and a female-type complementary element 55. All these means are well known to those skilled in the art. They will not be described in detail later. Where appropriate, these opening / closing means constituting the element 50 may be controlled by a slider 60. Such a slider has been schematized in the appended FIG. 6. Again, it can be the subject of many embodiments. Such a slider 60 preferably comprises a sole 62 which carries two lateral canvases 64, 65 and a central wall 66 defining between them two non-parallel channels 67, 68 respectively receiving at least the top of one of the two support webs 52, 54 of said at least one closing element 50 so that in the direction of movement of the slider 60, the slider 60 urges the element 50 respectively to the opening and closing. If so, but this provision is not imperative, the central wall 66 can penetrate between the complementary profiles 53, 55. Once the bellows 24 located at the bottom 14, folded and held by the connecting means 30 and 32 associated, the bag 10 can be pressure filled in a conventional way by the mouth
12 and closed at the mouth 12 by any suitable conventional means. In use, to allow access to the contents of the bag, it is sufficient to break the connecting element 30, 32 to deploy the bellows 24. The bag then resumes a geometry similar to that illustrated in FIG. it is then necessary to open the element 50, as shown in Figure 3 to easily access the content C, for example a set of baby diapers, the bag, even if it is placed under pressure in a bag 10 initially sealed . The present invention makes it possible in particular to facilitate access to baby diapers. FIGS. 4 and 5 show an alternative embodiment in which the bag comprises two bellows 24 and 28 folded on diametrically opposite sides of the bag, namely respectively a bottom portion 20 and the mouth portion 21. Of course it is necessary in this case to provide holding means 30, 32, similar to those described above, associated with the bellows 28 formed on the mouth. The present invention also has the advantage of stiffening the ends of the bags or bags 10, especially at the bottom. Indeed, as can be seen in Figures 2 and 5, the bottom of the bag comprises three thicknesses 25, 26, 27. It is the same for the mouth when the bag has two bellows. This is extremely interesting for shelf positioning in the store. Of course, the present invention is not limited to the particular embodiments which have just been described but extends to any variant within its spirit. When closing the bag, the slider 60 can be placed at the bellows as shown in Figures 2 and 5 or without bellows, as shown in Figure 7. In the context of the present invention, the removable connection means 30 32, and the closure element 50 can be made of material on the film constituting the bag wall, during the manufacture of this film, or else be initially formed of separate elements reported, for example by welding, on the film composing the bag. According to the embodiments previously described, the bellows 24 and 28, respectively provided at the bottom 14 and the mouth 12, extend in a plane generally perpendicular to the direction of introduction of the contents into the bag 10, by the mouth 12. According to the variants illustrated in Figures 7 and 8, instead, the bellows 24 and 28 extend in a plane generally parallel to the direction of introduction of the contents into the bag 10 by the mouth 12. For this purpose, according to FIGS. 7 and 8, the bellows 24 and 28 are folded on themselves against one of the faces surrounding the opening mouth 12. As can be seen in FIG. 7, according to a variant of FIG. the invention each bellows 24 or 28 may cover only a portion of the surface of the wall of the bag body 10 against which said bellows 24 and 28 are folded. This variant in which the bellows 24 and 28 cover only a portion of the section of the bag can be applied to all embodiments of the invention.
