Der Werkzeugrahmen des Bördelwerkzeuges 2 besteht aus einer Grundplatte 13, einer Deckplatte 14 und den Abstandshaltern 15, die an den vier Ecken des Werkzeugrahmens angeordnet sind. Die Ausrichtung und die Befestigung des Bördelwerkzeuges 2 im Grundgestell 1 erfolgt durch die Spannund Zentriereinheiten 9. Zwischen Grundplatte 13 und Deckplatte 14 befinden sich die beweglichen Bördelschieber 16 mit den 45° Bördelbacken 17 zum Vorbördeln und den 90° Bördelbacken 18 zum Fertigbördeln. In der Mitte weist die Grundplatte 13 einen Durchbruch 19 von mindestens der Größe des Bördelbettes 20 auf. Das Bördelbett 20, das der Aufnahme des Werkstückes 11 dient, ist lose im Bördelwerkzeug 2 angeordnet und fest mit dem Bördelheber 5 verbunden. Beim Bördelvorgang wird es vom Bördelheber 5 geführt und auch kräftemäßig bewegt.
