Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that, when the housing (11) is connected to the handle element (1), the application element (3) executes a movement relative to the housing (11) and, in the process, cosmetic material (13) is transferred out of the housing (11) onto the application element (3).
  3. Device according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the cosmetic material (13) is provided on inner wall regions (12) of the housing (11).
  4. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the cosmetic material (13) is of core-like form.
  5. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the cosmetic material (13) has a recessed region (17) for accommodating the application element (3) when the handle element (1) and housing (11) are connected.
  6. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the cosmetic material (13) is in the form of a hollow core.
  7. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the cosmetic material (13) covers inner wall regions (12) of the housing (11) in a cup-like manner.
  8. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the application element (3) is connected integrally to the holder (2).
