Claims (14)
- Procédé pour revêtir en surface des crayons, dans lequel- on dépose au moins sur une partie de la surface (3) un revêtement (4) dans lequel des particules pouvant s'expanser thermiquement sont contenues, et- on fait s'expanser les particules dans une sous zone (2, 2a, 2b, 2c) de surface du revêtement (4) de sorte que la sous zone (2, 2a, 2b, 2c) de surface dépasse du revêtement sous la forme d'une structure en saillie.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 1,
caractérisé par
l'utilisation de particules pouvant s'expanser thermiquement. - Procédé suivant la revendication 2,
caractérisé en ce que
l'on utilise des microbilles creuses pouvant s'expanser thermiquement. - Procédé suivant la revendication 3,

en ce que on effectue le chauffage d'un domaine (5) correspondant à une sous zone (2, 2a) de surface en saillie ultérieurement par mise en contact avec la surface (7) de contact d'un corps (6) porté au moins à la température d'expansion des particules. - Procédé suivant la revendication 5,

en ce que l'on fait aller le corps (6) pour chauffer le domaine (5) vers la surface (3) et on en l'éloigne après l'expansion des particules. - Procédé suivant la revendication 6,

en ce qu'on l'utilise pour des crayons de section transversale triangulaire ou hexagonale. - Procédé suivant la revendication 5,

en ce que l'on fait rouler un crayon de section transversale circulaire ou ovale sur la surface d'un outil (10) sur lequel sont disposées des surfaces (7a) de contact ayant au moins la température d'expansion des particules. - Procédé suivant l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes,

en ce que l'on produit ainsi à la surface d'un crayon (1) à enveloppe de bois. - Crayon dont la surface est munie au moins en partie d'un revêtement (4),

en ce que le revêtement (4) contient des particules pouvant s'expanser et en ce que, dans une sous zone (2, 2a) de surface en saillie du revêtement, les particules sont expansées de sorte que la sous zone (2, 2a, 2b, 2c) en surface dépasse du revêtement sous la forme d'une structure en saillie. - Crayon suivant la revendication 10,

en ce que le crayon (1) est un crayon à enveloppe en bois. - Crayon suivant la revendication 10 ou 11,

en ce que le revêtement (4) contient des microbilles creuses comme particules pouvant s'expanser ou expansées. - Crayon suivant la revendication 12,

en ce que les microbilles creuses ont à l'état initial une dimension moyenne de particule de 2 à 45 µm et à l'état expansé sont agrandies d'au moins du double. - Crayon suivant l'une des revendications 10 à 13,

en ce que la proportion de sous zones (2, 2a, 2b, 2c) en surface ayant des particules expansées est plus grande que la proportion de zones de surface ayant des particules qui ne sont pas expansées.
