- the temperature variations of the organ amplification 49 resulting from the compressions and the expansion of this small amount of gas are then easily measurable by the temperature probe 60.
- the control unit 23 controls the high pressure valve 31 in order to fill each bottle 13 with gas at a pressure of 240 bar, which produces a filling of the bottle 13 with a gas at a pressure of 200 bars.
- the method according to the invention further comprises a step of verifying the quality of the preparation and filling of each bottle 13. This step is implemented during the steps of preparation and filling.
- the verification stage includes the following sub-stages. For each bottle 13, the temperature prevailing in the central chamber 75 of the amplification member 59 is continuously measured by the temperature probe 60. The temporal variation of the temperature is recorded in the control unit 23.
- the control unit 23 compares the temporal variation of this temperature to a reference curve.
- the reference curve is the curve of the temporal variation of the temperature which prevails in the amplification member 59 of another bottle 13, recorded in the unit 23.
- the control unit 23 compares all of the time temperature variation curves corresponding to each of the bottles 13 and determines among these curves those which deviate from the general thermal behavior of the organs d amplification 49 of the bottles 13, for example by determining an average curve and a standard deviation or by fixing an envelope in which the curves must be. Unit 23 thus estimates the quality of the preparation and filling of the bottle as a function of the result of the comparison.
- Figure 4 is a curve of the temporal variation the pressure 117 measured by the pressure sensor 45, and the temperature 119 in the first amplification member 59A connected to the first bottle 13A, during the step of preparing this bottle 13A. This preparation step takes place without anomaly.
- the temperature 119 fluctuates slightly and the pressure 117 very quickly reaches a value close to 0 bar relative, that is to say atmospheric pressure .
- the pressure 117 decreases appreciably in the distributor 47 to reach a stable value close to -1 bar.
- the gas residue present in the bottle 13A after the venting step is extracted via the amplification member 59 and therefore undergoes the aforementioned expansion which results in a significant decrease in the temperature 119 at the start of this vacuum step 127.
- the pressure 117 increases rapidly to a value of approximately 5.5 bars and then gradually increases to a value of approximately 6.5 bars, under the effect of the introduction of gas into the bottle 13A.
- This introduction causes the circulation, in the amplification member 59, of a gas originating from the gas source 15, which generates, by the above-mentioned expansion, a reduction in the temperature 119 measured by the sensor 60.
- the pressure 117 decreases appreciably then more gradually from 6.5 bars to substantially 0 bars.
- the gas present in the bottle 13A undergoes expansion in the amplification member 59A. This expansion results in a significant drop in the temperature 119 measured by the sensor 60 during this step 131.
- the temperature 119 increases slightly, by exchange thermal between the surrounding atmosphere, hotter than the connection pipe 49A, and this pipe 49A, this heating being greater than the cooling caused by the expansion of the gas in the pipe 49.
- FIG. 5 illustrates the curve of the temporal variation of the pressure 117 measured by the pressure sensor 45, and of the temperature 119 in the second amplification member 59B connected to the second bottle 13B during the stage of preparation of this bottle 13B.
- the inlet valve 55B of the second bottle 13B is, by failure of this valve, closed during the first and second evacuation steps 127 and 135. This valve 55B operates normally during the other steps of the process. As illustrated in FIG.
- the temperature curve 119 as a function of time during the second vacuuming step 135, during which the valve 55B is closed, has a convex profile while that of Figure 4 has a concave profile.
- the control unit 23 detects that an anomaly has occurred during the preparation of the second bottle 49B and signals this anomaly to the operator, who can then discard this bottle 49B.
- the control unit 23 calculates the opposite of the derivative 120 with respect to the time of the temporal variation of the temperature 119, in order to obtain the derivative curve 120 shown in Figures 4 and 5.
- This curve derivative 120 corresponding to the bottle 49B is then compared to a reference derivative curve 120 represented in FIG. 4 and which corresponds to the first bottle 49A.
- the use of derived curves makes it possible to overcome slow fluctuations in temperature, for example the fluctuations observed during a day, or between day and night.
- the installation 11 also comprises a surrounding temperature probe 201 (FIG. 1), which measures the temperature prevailing in the surrounding atmosphere, outside the installation 11. This probe is electrically connected to the control unit 23.
- the control unit corrects the temporal variation of the temperature as a function of the surrounding temperature, which limits the measurement artifacts caused by sudden variations in the surrounding temperature around the installation. 11 (for example opening and closing a door leading to the outside, when the installation 11 is arranged inside a building).
- the reference curve is obtained prior to the preparation and filling of the frame of bottles 13, by carrying out the preparation and filling of a reference bottle 13A. The operator thus verifies that each step of the process for preparing and filling the reference bottle 13A has gone well.
- the curve of the temporal variation of the temperature measured in the amplification member 59A of the reference bottle 13A is then recorded in the control unit 23 and used subsequently as a reference curve for filling the frame of bottles 13.
- the preload step can be omitted.
- the connecting pipe 49 does not include an amplification member 59 and the temperature probe 60 is disposed directly in a wall of the pipe 49.
- heating means 140 are arranged in the vicinity of the measuring point 93. These heating means 140 are controlled by the control unit 23. Thus, at the end of each filling step, for example during the dismantling of the bottle 13, the means of heating 140 are activated to bring the prevailing temperature at the measurement point 93, measured by the probe 60, to a reference value, close to the surrounding temperature. Thus, the temperature prevailing at the measurement point 93 is adjusted to a predetermined value at the start of each filling cycle, which facilitates the analysis of the curves of temperature variations measured by the probes 60, between different filling cycles.
