- Apparatus for supporting the weight of a single-leaf or double-leaf door (12; 51, 52) for a switchgear cabinet, the frame of the said switchgear cabinet being made up of profiled bars (10, 50), with the free vertical side edge of the door (12) striking against a vertically running profiled bar (10) of the frame in the case of a single-leaf door (12), and the vertical free side edges touching or ending at a short distance from one another in the case of a double-leaf door (51, 52) when the double-leaf door is closed, with vertically running closing rods (37) which are composed of flat material which can be displaced upward and downward, and vice versa, being provided for closing at least the single-leaf door (12), with the apparatus having at least one guide element (20) having at least two run-up slopes (22, 23, 24, 24a, 24b) and a fastening surface (21), said guide element, in the case of a single-leaf door (12), being arranged in the region of the free vertical side edge of the door (12) in the installed state and interacting with a run-up edge (19) on the profiled bar (10) against which the door (12) strikes in such a way that, during closing, the guide element (20) slides by way of its first run-up slope (22) onto the run-up edge (19) and thereby supports part of the weight of the door (12), characterized in that- in the case of a double-leaf door (51, 52), the at least one guide element (20) is arranged in the region of the upper side edge and in the vicinity of the free vertical side edges of each door leaf in the installed state and, during closing, runs by way of its second run-up slope (24) onto a respective run-up edge at least on the upper horizontally running profiled bar, and consequently supports part of the weight of the door leaves, in that- the guide element (20) is provided with a lug (27) which, at least in the case of a single-leaf door (12), engages over an edge of the closing rod (37) in the installed state in order to guide the said closing rod, in that- the guide element (20) has a sliding surface (25) for one of the broad side surfaces (39) of the closing rod (37) in the case of a single-leaf door (12) in the installed state, in that- the lug (27) is integrally formed on the sliding surface (25), in that- the closing rod (37) is oriented perpendicular to the fastening plane (21) for the guide element (20) by way of its rod broad side surfaces (39), and in that- in the case of a double-leaf door (51, 52), the sliding surface (25) runs perpendicular to the respective inner surfaces of the door leaves (51, 52) and is located in each case on that side of the guide element (20) which is directed toward the upper end of the door leaves in the installed state.
- Apparatus according to Claim 1, characterized in that the sliding surface (25) runs perpendicular to the fastening plane (21) for the guide element (20) and the lug (27) is L-shaped, with the free limb of the L shape running parallel to the sliding surface (25) toward the fastening plane (21).
- Apparatus according to either of the preceding claims, characterized in that the guide element (20) is trapezoidal, with all the associated delimiting surfaces which form the run-up slopes (22, 23; 24, 24a, 24b) other than the fastening surface (21) and the sliding surface (25), which run perpendicular to one another, converging in a tapering manner toward the free end - as seen from the fastening surface (21).
