Claims (8)

  1. Un mécanisme de réglage de la position pour lits, ayant pour but d'obtenir le mouvement d'une base de lit articulée (1) en direction de la zone de la tête de lit du lit simultanément à l'élévation des sections de l'arrière de façon régulière et continue au moyen d'un système économique et sûr, du type de ceux comportant une base de lit articulée (1) avec ses éléments d'élévation et d'abaissement, tels qu'un moteur (10) actionné au moyen d'une commande à distance, et un cadre fixe (2) de n'importe quelle configuration, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un cadre mobile (4) constitué de deux profils latéraux comportant des roues (5), généralement sur sa partie externe, de préférence deux pour chaque profil, avec une capacité de rotation, et au moins une barre transversale (7) pour l'étaiement et l'écartement des profils latéraux, la base de lit articulée (1) étant bloquée avec ledit cadre mobile (4), et une base roulante (3) des roues (5) du cadre mobile (4) avec le cadre fixe (2), sur chaque côté de ce dernier, constitué au moyen de profils ayant sur leur partie supérieure une surface plate, s'inscrivant à l'intérieur du cadre mobile (4) un axe (9) avec une capacité de rotation situé dans la zone correspondant à l'arrière sur lequel le moteur (10) agit, étant montée solidaire avec ledit axe (9) au moins une tige de connexion (11) qui est articulée au cadre fixe (2) par la disposition d'une autre tige de connexion (6), qui est articulée à une extrémité au cadre fixe (2) dans la zone proche de la tête de lit, et à l'autre extrémité à la tige de connexion (11), à l'extrémité opposée de laquelle est disposée de manière articulée une tige de connexion (12) qui est à son tour articulée à une autre tige de connexion (13) disposée pour être convenablement bloquée avec l'une des barres transversales (14) de la section cervicale de la base de lit articulée (1).
  2. Un mécanisme de réglage de la position pour lits selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la base de lit articulée (1) est bloquée dans le cadre mobile au moyen des barres transversales (7) elles-mêmes de la section lombaire d'une base de lit articulée (1).
  3. Un mécanisme de réglage de la position pour lits selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une tige de connexion (15) est disposée solidaire de l'une des barres transversales (16) de la section dorsale de la base de lit articulée (1), qui est articulée à une extension de la tige de connexion (13), ladite tige de connexion (15) comportant un arrêt (17) empêchant la tige de connexion (13) de dépasser la tige de connexion (15) lors de son abaissement, l'arrêt permettant de maintenir l'horizontalité des sections cervicale et dorsale lorsque la base de lit articulée (1) est complètement abaissée.
  4. Un mécanisme de réglage de la position pour lits selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'est disposé au moins un élément élastique (20) qui est fixé à une extrémité, par exemple au moyen d'une vis (21), à l'un des profils du cadre mobile (4), soit intérieurement, soit extérieurement, et à l'autre extrémité fixé à n'importe quel point de la zone proche des extrémités inférieures du cadre fixe (2).
  5. Un mécanisme de réglage de la position pour lits selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'est disposée au moins une barre plate (22), par exemple du type de configuration angulaire, sur la face interne de chacun des profils constituant le cadre mobile (4) dans le but d'empêcher que ne se produise la perte de contact entre le cadre fixe (2) et le cadre mobile (4) lors du transfert ou du déplacement du lit.
  6. Un mécanisme de réglage de la position pour lits selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, si les profils constituant le cadre mobile (4) sont creux, des bouchons de garniture (23), qui peuvent être fermés ou comportent un orifice pour permettre le passage de l'élément élastique (20) à l'intérieur du profil, sont disposés.
  7. Un mécanisme de réglage de la position pour lits selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que dans la partie interne du cadre mobile (4) s'inscrit un axe (8) avec une capacité de rotation situé dans la zone proche des extrémités inférieures du patient sur lequel le moteur (10) agit, étant disposée solidaire audit axe (8) une tige de connexion (18) qui est articulée à son extrémité opposée à l'axe (8) à une autre tige de connexion (19) qui est bloquée avec une barre transversale de la section tibiale de la base de lit articulée (1).
  8. Un mécanisme de réglage de la position pour lits selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le cadre mobile (4) comporte deux roues (5) pour chaque profil.
