Claims (5)

  1. Échangeur de chaleur destiné à refroidir un gaz chaud contenant des particules solides, constitué de tubes d'échangeur de chaleur (1) qui sont traversés par le gaz à refroidir, entourés d'une enveloppe (3) et soudés aux extrémités par l'intermédiaire d'un cordon de soudure (7) dans des perçages (6) d'une plaque à tubes (2) respective, la face frontale de la plaque à tubes (2) du côté entrée du gaz, la paroi intérieure des perçages (6), le cordon de soudure (7) et la zone d'entrée (1a) des tubes d'échangeur de chaleur (1) étant revêtus d'une couche de protection (8) qui est constituée d'une couche d'adhérence métallique (9) et d'une couche de céramique (11) résistante aux hautes températures et à l'érosion, caractérisé en ce qu'une couche métallique (10) résistante aux hautes températures et à l'érosion est appliquée entre la couche d'adhérence métallique (9) et la couche de céramique (11) résistante aux hautes températures et à l'érosion.
  2. Échangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la couche métallique (10) et la couche d'adhérence (9) sont chacune constituées d'un alliage à base de nickel, allié avec de l'aluminium, du cérium, du fer, du molybdène et du silicium.
  3. Échangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la couche de céramique (11) est constituée d'oxyde de zirconium stabilisé au calcium.
  4. Échangeur de chaleur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la couche de protection (8) présente une épaisseur totale de 0,5 à 1,5 mm.
  5. Échangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la couche d'adhérence (9) a une épaisseur d'environ 0,2 mm, la couche métallique (10) une épaisseur d'environ 0,4 mm et la couche de céramique (11) une épaisseur d'environ 0,3 mm.
