Abstract

The method involves cleaning a spraying head of a sprayer (1) in a cleaning device (10) by a cleaning medium that is conveyed through their nozzle arrangement and/or to an outer side of the head. The medium is sprayed in a discharging device (30) in the cleaning device. The device (30) prevents the sprayed medium to reach an area of an internal space of the cleaning device and/or an outer side of the sprayer. An independent claim is also included for a coating plant having a device for cleaning a spraying device that serves for machine-series coating of work pieces.
