Claims (19)
- Applicateur pour des produits liquides ou pâteux, en particulier pour des cosmétiques décoratifs tels que du mascara, comprenant un noyau rigidificateur (11) en forme de tige, qui est équipé au moins dans la région de son extrémité antérieure avec des poils en saillie vers l'extérieur, ledit noyau rigidificateur étant entouré au moins partiellement par une douille porteuse en matière plastique élastomère, qui comporte une pluralité de doigts (13) en porte-à-faux radialement vers l'extérieur, lesquels sont conformés d'une seule pièce sur la douille porteuse (12) et sont en matière plastique élastomère, dans lequel les poils forment en direction longitudinale de la douille porteuse au moins une rangée de poils, et plusieurs doigts (13) répartis sur la périphérie de la douille porteuse (12) forment une couronne de doigts (K1, K2, K3, ...), et en direction longitudinale de la douille porteuse (12) une pluralité N de couronnes de doigts (K1, K2, K3, ...) avec le même nombre de doigts n sont agencées les unes derrière les autres, caractérisé par la combinaison de paramètres suivante :I. nombre n des doigts (13) par couronne de doigts (K1, K2, K3, ...) : 5 à 13,II. nombre N des couronnes de doigts (K1, K2, K3, ...) disposées les unes derrière les autres dans la direction axiale de la douille porteuse : 14 ≤ N ≤ 32, en particulier 188 ≤ N ≤_ 26,III. longueur I des doigts (13) : 1,5 mm ≤ I ≤ 3,0 mm,IV. distance s1 des extrémités libres de doigts de même type (13) dans des couronnes de doigts voisines (K1, K2, K3, ...) : 0,6 mm ≤ s1 ≤ 1,5 mm, etV. distance s2 des pieds de doigts de même type (13) dans des couronnes de doigts voisines (K1, K2, K3, ...) : 0,2 mm ≤ s2 ≤ 0,5 mm.
- Applicateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le nombre des poils est entre 300 et 700.
- Applicateur selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'applicateur comprend deux rangées de poils opposés.
- Applicateur selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les poils sont agencés en groupes, et le nombre des poils par groupe multifils est entre 5 et 100 poils.
- Applicateur selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le nombre N des couronnes de doigts (K1, K2, K3, ...) disposées les unes derrière les autres en direction axiale de la douille porteuse est égal au nombre des groupes de poils.
- Applicateur selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les doigts (13) de la couronne de doigts (K1, K2, K3, ...) sont répartis de manière égale sur la périphérie de la douille porteuse (12).
- Applicateur selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le noyau rigidificateur est formé de fils torsadés les uns avec les autres.
- Applicateur selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les poils présentent une section transversale qui diffère de la forme circulaire.
- Applicateur selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les poils sont fixés dans le noyau rigidificateur par enrobage.
- Applicateur selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'applicateur présente un diamètre extérieur D dans la plage de 6,0 mm à 10,0 mm.
- Applicateur selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre extérieur d du noyau (11) est dans la plage de 1,5 mm à 2,5 mm.
- Applicateur selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la douille porteuse (12) possède une longueur axiale L dans la plage de 20,0 mm à 35,0 mm.
- Applicateur selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un doigt d'une couronne de doigts est agencé de manière décalée par rapport aux autres doigts de la couronne de doigts à raison de la distance vF en direction longitudinale de la douille porteuse (12).
- Applicateur selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce qu'un doigt sur deux de la couronne de doigts est agencé de manière décalée.
- Applicateur selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des couronnes de doigts voisines (K1, K2, K3, ...) sont agencées de manière décalée les unes par rapport aux autres en direction périphérique à raison d'un angle α, tel que 0° ≤ α ≤ 10°.
- Applicateur selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les doigts (13) sont réalisés en forme de cône ou de pyramide et sont arrondis à leurs extrémités libres.
- Applicateur selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que le rayon R de l'arrondi est dans la plage de 0,02 mm à 0,2 mm.
- Procédé pour la fabrication d'un applicateur de mascara selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, dans lequel un noyau en forme de tige fabriqué dans une première étape, qui est équipé d'une pluralité de poils, est enrobé avec une douille porteuse dans la région des poils dans une seconde étape de travail, et une pluralité de doigts sont conformés d'une seule pièce sur la douille porteuse.
