Abstract
The present invention relates to an architectural brick capable of significantly enhancing adiabatic and soundproof effects in such a manner that a foam resin material is filled between an inner wall and an outer wall. An adhering force between o foam resin material and an inner wall/outer wall is excellent. A structural strength of a building is enhanced. A high quality building can be constructed with the bricks of the present invention. In an architectural brick used for building a wall of a building, an inner wall 10 and an outer wall 20 formed of a reinforced structure are spaced apart by a certain distance. A foam resin material 30 is filled between the inner wall 10 and the outer wall 20. The inner wall 20 and the outer wall 30 are integrally adhered by a foam resin material 30. A protrusion 31 protruded from a surrounding portion more than the inner wall 10 and the outer wall 20 is provided in the foam resin material 30. The inner wall 10 and the outer wall 20 are embedded in the protrusion 31 at a certain depth. The embedded parts 11 and 21 are surrounded by the foam resin material 30 for thereby enhancing an adhering strength.
Description
ARCHITECTURAL BRICK
Technical Field The present invention relates to an architectural brick capable of significantly enhancing adiabatic and soundproof effects in such a manner that a foam resin material is filled between an inner wall and outer wall. An adhering force b etween a foam resin m aterial a nd a n i nner wall/outer wall i s excellent. A structural strength of a building is enhanced. A high quality building can be constructed with the bricks of the present invention. According to the present invention, in an architectural brick used for a wall of a building, an inner wall 10 and an outer wall 20 formed of a reinforced structure are spaced apart by a certain distance. A foam resin material 30 is filled between the inner wall 10 and the outer wall 20. The inner wall 10 and the outer wall 20 are integrally adhered by a foam resin material 30. A protrusion 31 protruded from a surrounding portion more than the inner wall 10 and the outer wall 20 is provided in the foam resin material 30. The inner wall 10 and the outer wall 20 are embedded in the protrusion 31 at a certain depth. The foam resin material 30 for thereby enhancing an adhering strength surrounds the embedded parts 11 and 21.
BACKGROUND ART As an a rchitectural brick of the p resent invention, in more d etails, an architectural brick capable of significantly enhancing adiabatic and soundproof effects in such a manner that a foam resin material is filled between an inner wall and outer wall. An adhering force between a foam resin material and an inner wall/outer wall is excellent. A structural strength of a building is
enhanced. A high quality building can be constructed with the bricks of the present invention. Generally, an architectural brick was used to square red brick or cement brick. A building's wall was constructed and adhering by covering with cement between those bricks. Thus, a building by ordinary bricks had a gap between brick by brick. The problem was that easily water or humidity in rainy season through the gap flow in the wall of a building. This became a cause of deterioration of adiabatic of the brick itself by damp in the wall of a building. Also, it was needed following construction to construct insulation and non-inflammability plasterboard inside of the wall by deterioration of insulation and soundproof effects. This was cause of spending too much money and time-consuming to construct. Another problem was that it was a dangerous in case of fire of a building constructed by ordinary bricks due to the damage of plasterboard by an impact from exterior impact. Moreover, another problem is that if those kinds of bricks as red bricks or cement bricks are used for construction, then a structural strength of a building and adiabatic and soundproof effects were not enhanced. Also, it was constructed with the non-inflammability plasterboard inside of wall for a high quality building.
DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to overcome the above problems encountered in the conventional art. It is another object of the present invention to provide an architectural brick capable of significantly enhancing adiabatic and soundproof effects in
such a manner that a foam resin material is filled between an inner wall and outer wall. An adhering force between a foam resin material and an inner wall/outer wall is excellent. A structural strength of a building is enhanced. A high quality building can be constructed with the bricks of the present invention. As mentioned above, the architectural brick of the present invention improves enhancing adiabatic and soundproof effects in such a manner that a foam resin material 30 is filled between an inner wall 10 and outer wall 20. Besides, the architectural brick of the present invention is excellent for insulation, soundproof and damp-proof effects due to adhering force between foam resin materials 30. Also, a merit of the present invention is cut expenses of construction and period of time for construction because a constructor does not have to construct separately insulation and non-inflammability plasterboard inside of wall of the building. Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention According to the present invention, in an architectural brick used for a wall of a building, an inner wall 10 and an outer wall 20 formed of a reinforced structure are spaced apart by a certain distance. A foam resin material 30 is filled between the inner wall 10 and the outer wall 20. The inner wall 10 and the outer wall 20 are integrally adhered by a foam resin material 30. A protrusion 31 protruded from a surrounding portion more than the inner wall 10 and the outer wall 20 is provided in the foam resin material 30. The inner wall 10 and the outer wall 20 are embedded in the protrusion 31 at a certain depth. The foam resin material 30 for thereby enhancing an adhering strength surrounds the embedded parts 11 and 21. According to another distinguishing of the present invention, the outer wall 20 is consisting of such as decoration plasterboard. Thus, it is provided an architectural brick as a constructor does not have to construct separately
insulation and non-inflammability plasterboard inside of wall of the building for finishing of the construction. The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. Figure 1 through Figure 5 is a view illustrating as a top, a plan, and a side e levation o f a n architectural brick a ccording t o t he present i nvention. If you see those views illustrating, the architectural brick of the present invention improves enhancing adiabatic and soundproof effects in such a manner that a foam resin material 30 is filled between an inner wall 10 and outer wall 20. Besides, the architectural brick of the present invention is excellent for insulation, soundproof and damp-proof effects due to adhering force between foam resin materials 30. A foam resin material 30 is filled in the space between the inner wall 10 and the outer wall 20. The inner wall 10 and the outer wall 20 are integrally adhered by a foam resin material 30. A protrusion 31 protruded from a surrounding portion more than the inner wall 10 and the outer wall 20 is provided in the foam resin material 30. The inner wall 10 and the outer wall 20 are embedded in the protrusion 31 at a certain depth. The foam resin material 30 for thereby enhancing an adhering strength surrounds the embedded parts 11 and 21. Thus, this is the same as Figure 1 of view illustrating of an architectural brick according to the present invention. However, another view illustrating an architectural brick according to the present invention in Figure 6, the difference is that the inner wall 10 is constructing separately a part of front 15 and a part of rear 13 as from division
line D to D', and improving enhancing adiabatic and soundproof effects are double due to decorating foam resin materials 30 and 36 in parts 11 and 16, and also improving an adhering strength of an architectural brick according to the present invention because it is in gear with a part of front 15 and a part of rear 13. Moreover, the foam resin materials 30 of outer wall 20 in the foam resin materials 30 and 36 is the same as the Figure 1 above. The foam resin material 30 is filled between the inner wall 10 and the outer wall 20. A protrusion 31 protruded from a surrounding portion more than the inner wall 10 and the outer wall 20. Besides, the part of front 15 and the part of rear 13 of the inner wall 10 can be constructed by not only forward and backward but also leftward and rightward. Thus, this can be more powerful for adiabatic and soundproof effects of a building. As mentioned above, an architectural brick used for a wall of a building, an inner wall 10 and an outer wall 20 formed of a reinforced structure are spaced apart by a certain distance. A foam resin material 30 is filled between the inner wall 10 and the outer wall 20 which are constructed by powerful architectural bricks, so the architectural brick of the present invention is excellent for insulation, soundproof and damp-proof effects due to adhering force between foam resin materials 30. Even more, the bricks of the present invention can be a powerful materials for constructing a building due to close adhesion between bricks with foam resin material 30 each others. In addition, separately a constructor does not need any of non- inflammability plasterboard by the bricks of the present invention for insulation, soundproof and damp-proof effects. Thus, a constructor can reduce period time of construction and a cost for constructing a building by an architectural
brick of the present invention. Even more, the present invention is excellent for against fire by the bricks with non-inflammability foam resin material 30 in case of fire of a building. Moreover, the present invention can be improved adhering strength because the foam resin material 30 for thereby enhancing an adhering strength surrounds the embedded parts 11 and 21. Also, the present invention can be improved powerful adhering because the foam resin material 30 is filled between the inner wall 10 and outer wall 20. Even more, the present invention is excellent for enhancing an adhering strength surrounds the embedded parts 11 and 21 because of a lot of unevenness surrounds the embedded parts 11 and 21 , hanging to direction of right angle with a foam resin material 30 which is filled between the inner wall 10 and the outer wall 20 as Figure 5. In addition, if the present invention is constructed closely adhesion by the bricks of the present invention, the present invention is connected not only protrusions 31 each others of a foam resin material 30 but also cement is filled between the bricks of the protrusions 31. Thus, using the bricks of the present invention can be a merit for enhancing an adhering strength. Even more, a high quality building can be constructed for decoration plasterboard of outer wall 20 such as marble.
Claims
WHAT IS CLAIMED IS:
1. An architectural brick for a wall of a building comprising: an inner wall 10 and an outer wall 20 formed of a reinforced structure, which is spaced apart by a certain distance; wherein the space 40 is covered with cement between the architectural bricks, wherein the outer wall 20 is consisting of decoration plasterboard, a foam resin material 30, which is filled between the inner wall 10 and the outer wall 20; wherein the inner wall 10 and the outer wall 20 are integrally adhered by the foam resin material 30, a protrusion 31 , which is protruded from a surrounding portion more than the inner wall 10 and the outer wall 20, which is provided in the foam resin material 30, the space 40, which is between the architectural bricks in forward and backward of the protrusion 31 ; wherein the inner wall 10 and the outer wall 20 are embedded in at a certain depth by the foam resin material 30; wherein a part 11 and a part 21 is embedded for enhancing an adhering strength.
