Definitions
- the invention relates first of all to a closure cap produced in a plastic injection molding method according to the features of the preamble of claim 1. It further relates to a combination of a closure cap and a receptacle according to the features of the preamble of claim 8.
- Caps of the type in question are known in various embodiments, in particular caps, which inside the cap base have a central, integrally formed on the bottom closure plug for a mouth opening.
- caps are known in the context of the preamble of claim 1, see for example DE 196 16 000 A1 and SU 1 671 537 A1
- a coincidence of the rotatable sealing plug with a mouth opening with respect to the rotational position of the sealing stopper is random.
- a rotational alignment of the sealing plug does not take place.
- the object of the invention with respect to the closure cap is seen therein to provide a closure cap with a relative to a cap bottom rotatable sealing plug, which is more reliable.
- an eccentrically arranged mouth opening is securely over the closure stopper by means of the closure cap according to the invention close.
- the rotary alignment part is used for automatic alignment of the sealing plug in the assignment position to the mouth opening.
- the closure plug in the course of placing the cap on the bottle container on the rotary alignment member, which is arranged according to claim 1 co-rotating with the sealing plug in the cap, in the assignment position forcibly relocated.
- the closure plug is formed on a rotatably arranged relative to the cap base support plate, which latter is rotatably mounted disc-like manner about a central axis of rotation of the closure cap.
- the sealing plug and the associated mouth opening can be arranged centrally.
- the invention proves to be particularly advantageous in an embodiment in which the closure plug and the mouth opening are arranged eccentrically relative to a central axis of rotation of the closure cap. Because of the pivotable arrangement of the sealing plug according to the invention, therefore, a mouth opening of the bottle container arranged eccentrically to the central axis of rotation of the closure cap can be reliably closed by the cap-side sealing stopper. According to the embodiment of the invention, an accurate closure of a multi-component bottle container can be achieved with a corresponding plurality of mouth openings, wherein one or more eccentrically arranged mouth openings can also be associated with a central mouth opening. It is further proposed that two opposite sealing plugs are arranged on the mounting plate with rotational alignment parts lying in between in the direction of rotation.
- the stopper and, accordingly, the mouth openings are arranged diametrically opposite one another.
- Each stopper can be assigned to a mouth opening of the bottle container.
- the arranged between the plug rotation alignment part is used for self-alignment of the support plate and here the closure plug in the course of placing the cap on the bottle container.
- the preferred disc-like support plate may be held on the edge of the cap bottom. It is also conceivable that the support plate is seated on a molded on the cap base, preferably centrally arranged locking pin, which locking pin at the same time forms the rotary body axis for the support plate.
- the cap according to the invention can be designed in the simplest way as a bounce cap with self-adjusting stopper.
- the closure cap is a screw cap.
- a bearing orientation of the sealing plugs to the mouth openings takes place via the rotary alignment parts.
- the invention further relates to a combination of a receptacle and a preferably produced by plastic injection molding cap according to the features of the preamble of claim 8.
- a combination of closure cap and Aufnabme electnis in particular with regard to the closure of the mouth opening functionally reliable
- the subject matter of claim 8 is proposed ,
- the mouth opening need not necessarily be centered but rather may be arranged eccentrically to a container ceiling center axis.
- an automatic alignment of the cap-side sealing plug is achieved to the mouth opening in the course of placement of the cap.
- the closure cap is mounted on the dispensing container via a screw cap and that the screw cap does not (yet) engage when the rotation alignment part collides with the mouth opening.
- a gripping of the screw is only at targeted alignment of the sealing plug to the mouth opening reached.
- Fig. 1 to 3 show the combination according to the invention of a closure cap 1 produced in a plastic injection process and a receptacle or bottle container 2.
- the receptacle 2 is designed as a two-component container and has an attached to the container neck 3, for example. Bounced dispensing head 4 with two output chambers 6 and 7, which are in clear association with the component areas of the container 2.
- the dispensing head 4 has a container cover 8 which is supported on the neck 3 of the container 2.
- the latter is shaped in the shape of a disk and extends transversely to a center axis of the dispensing head 4 that is circular in plan view.
- the discharge chambers 9 and 10 forming elevations 9, which taper from the container ceiling 8, starting at cross-sectionally tapering to their free ends.
- the elevations 9 are provided with one, an output chamber 6 and 7 associated with the mouth opening 10 for the stored medium.
- the latter are arranged in a plan view eccentrically to the dispensing head center axis diametrically opposite.
- these mouth openings 10 are as shown in the plan view in FIG Fig. 8 to recognize, formed in the adjacent circular edge portions of the survey ceilings, this, leaving a, defined by the elevations 9 connecting web 11 distance.
- the mouth openings 10 are surrounded by eccentric to the opening axis aligned annular walls 12, which ring walls 12 in cooperation with the cap 1- as explained in more detail below - take over a sealing function.
- the dispensing head and in particular the area having the mouth openings 10, is likewise preferably made of plastic.
- the cap 1 has in a known manner a cup-like shape with a circular ground plan, wherein a circumferential cap wall 15 coat inside a cooperating with the external thread 14 of the dispensing head 4 internal thread 16 carries.
- the cap base 17 carries inside, d. H. facing the dispensing head 4 is a disk-shaped support plate 18 on which the sealing plugs 19 are arranged for sealingly closing the mouth openings 10 of the dispensing head 4.
- This support plate 18 is formed substantially circular disk-shaped and in a plane parallel to the cap base 17 pivotally or rotatably supported about the central axis of rotation x of the cap 1.
- Support plate 18 shown in a first embodiment is circumferentially overlapped on the edge side by a cap-side locking bead 20, which ensures on the one hand the captive mounting of the support plate 18 on the cap 1 and on the other hand, the free rotation of the support plate 18 on the underside of the cap bottom 17.
- the two sealing plugs 19 are arranged eccentrically to the axis of rotation x diametrically opposite, this with a distance from each other, which corresponds to the distance between the two mouth openings 10 of the dispensing head 4 to each other.
- each sealing plug 19 is adapted to the inner diameter of the annular walls 12 of the mouth openings 10.
- rotational alignment parts 21 are formed on the underside of the support plate 18 on the underside of the two opposing sealing plugs.
- the latter are formed as Kreisabitesswandungen, which are arranged on a circular arc, which is the sealing stopper 19 aligned coaxially with the axis of rotation x. (See in particular the illustration in Fig. 8 ).
- the screw cap designed as a cap 1 is placed to close the container 2 in a conventional manner by screwing the cap 1 on the dispensing head 4, wherein on the rotational alignment parts 21, an alignment of the sealing plug 19 to the mouth openings 10 takes place, this under relative rotational movement of Support plate 18 to the cap 1. If during the first placement of the cap 1 on the dispensing head 4, the rotational alignment parts 21 collide with the mouth openings 10, no gripping of the screw cap is possible due to the selected height arrangement of output head side external thread 14 and cap chandelieren internal thread 16, as can not be lowered far enough to the screw engagement by the resting on the mouth openings 10 and on the surrounding annular walls 12 rotational alignment parts 21.
- the support plate 18 is adjusted such that the sealing plug 19 are positioned exactly above the mouth openings 10.
- the edge walls of the openings 10 carrying the mouths elevations 9 support the Disjustage bin in that the rotational alignment parts 21 are exactly displaced in the formed between the elevations 9 gussets 22 by rotation of the support plate 18.
- the discovered occlusion situation is in the representation in Fig. 8 shown in phantom.

Description
The invention relates first of all to a closure cap produced in a plastic injection molding method according to the features of the preamble of
Caps of the type in question are known in various embodiments, in particular caps, which inside the cap base have a central, integrally formed on the bottom closure plug for a mouth opening.
In view of the cited prior art, the object of the invention with respect to the closure cap is seen therein to provide a closure cap with a relative to a cap bottom rotatable sealing plug, which is more reliable.
This object is achieved in the subject matter of
In particular, an eccentrically arranged mouth opening is securely over the closure stopper by means of the closure cap according to the invention close. The rotary alignment part is used for automatic alignment of the sealing plug in the assignment position to the mouth opening. Thus, the closure plug in the course of placing the cap on the bottle container on the rotary alignment member, which is arranged according to claim 1 co-rotating with the sealing plug in the cap, in the assignment position forcibly relocated. In a preferred embodiment, the closure plug is formed on a rotatably arranged relative to the cap base support plate, which latter is rotatably mounted disc-like manner about a central axis of rotation of the closure cap. The sealing plug and the associated mouth opening can be arranged centrally. The invention proves to be particularly advantageous in an embodiment in which the closure plug and the mouth opening are arranged eccentrically relative to a central axis of rotation of the closure cap. Preferred is an embodiment in which the stopper and, accordingly, the mouth openings are arranged diametrically opposite one another. Each stopper can be assigned to a mouth opening of the bottle container. It is also conceivable the arrangement of more than two plugs for closing a corresponding number of mouth openings. The arranged between the plug rotation alignment part is used for self-alignment of the support plate and here the closure plug in the course of placing the cap on the bottle container. The preferred disc-like support plate may be held on the edge of the cap bottom. It is also conceivable that the support plate is seated on a molded on the cap base, preferably centrally arranged locking pin, which locking pin at the same time forms the rotary body axis for the support plate. Also, it is provided, in particular with a mounting plate, which is reduced in diameter relative to the cap base, that centering formations are formed on the cap bottom for easier assembly of the mounting plate. The Zentrierungsausformungen and the locking pin are further preferably of the same material, integrally formed on the cap base. The cap according to the invention can be designed in the simplest way as a bounce cap with self-adjusting stopper. Preferred is an embodiment in which the closure cap is a screw cap. In the course of screwing on the cap, a bearing orientation of the sealing plugs to the mouth openings takes place via the rotary alignment parts. Even with a configuration with only one central orifice, the solution according to the invention proves to be advantageous. The axially displaced in the direction of the mouth opening in the course of screwing plug is frictionally held on the mouth wall. The further Schraubverlagerung the cap thereafter causes only a linear displacement of the plug in the opening. Abrasion in this interaction area is counteracted.
The invention further relates to a combination of a receptacle and a preferably produced by plastic injection molding cap according to the features of the preamble of
