Abstract

L'invention concerne un ensemble pointe de pipette comprenant une pointe de pipette qui comporte une ouverture supérieure et une ouverture inférieure plus petite, ainsi qu'un élément obturant logé dans ladite pointe de pipette. L'extrémité inférieure de l'élément obturant est espacé de l'ouverture inférieure pour définir une chambre dans laquelle un liquide est aspiré et de laquelle ce liquide est distribué par l'intermédiaire de l'ouverture inférieure. La surface interne de la pointe de pipette et la surface externe de l'élément obturant sont configurées et dimensionnées pour coopérer et ainsi définir un passage de ventilation menant de la chambre à l'ouverture supérieure.
