Thereby the mounting blocks cannot reach said bottom when the bolts 14 are mounted, and the stabiliser blade 1 is pressed onto the stabiliser body 11 in a clamping manner.
  • the upper surface 16 of the mounting blocks 13 is sloping at approximately the same angle, that is approximately 20 degrees, as the ends of the upper surface 6 of the stabiliser part 2. Further the outer ends of the mounting blocks 13 are semicircular, so that they fit in the mounting slot 15.
  • the mounting blocks 13 are provided with a bolt head slot 19, which extend from the engaging wall 18 towards the interior of the block 13, and a narrower bolt shank slot 20 extending along said bolt head slot 19 towards the bottom surface of the block, such that the head of the bolt 14 can be inserted in the bolt head slot 19 and the bolt shank can slide in the slot before the blocks 13 are mounted.
  • the mounting blocks 13 further comprise a tooling bore 21 extending between the top surface 16 and the interior side of the bolt head slot 19 for inserting the end of a mounting tool, such as a screwdriver or a wrench, when the blocks 13 are mounted.

Claims (20)

  1. Bohrstrangstabilisierwerkzeug, umfassend ein zylindrisches Stabilisiergehäuse (11) und eine Vielzahl von an der Außenfläche des besagten zylindrischen Gehäuses (11) montierten Stabilisierflügel-Baugruppen (1, 13), wobei die besagte Stabilisierflügel-Baugruppe (1, 13) einen Stabilisierflügel (1) mit einer Oberseite (6) und Seitenwänden (7) aufweist, wobei der Stabilisierflügel (1) eine längliche Form mit einer vorderen Hälfte mit einem Vorderende (4) und einer hinteren Hälfte mit einem Hinterende (5) hat, wobei die durchschnittliche Breite der hinteren Hälfte des Stabilisierflügels (1) wesentlich weniger beträgt als die durchschnittliche Breite der vorderen Hälfte, und wobei die Mittelpunkte der Stabilisierflügel-Baugruppen (1, 13) auf mindestens zwei koaxial beabstandeten Kreisen auf der Oberseite des Stabilisiergehäuses (11) angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stabilisierflügel (1) axial mit dem Stabilisiergehäuse (11) fluchten, wobei die Hinterenden (5) der hinteren Hälften der Stabilisierflügel (1) auf einem der besagten beiden Kreise sich jeweils in Richtung des anderen der besagten beiden Kreise zwischen den hinteren Hälften der Stabilisierflügel (1) auf dem anderen Kreis und über deren Hinterenden (5) hinaus erstrecken.
  2. Bohrstrangstabilisierwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, wobei auf jedem Kreis drei Stabilisierflügel-Baugruppen (1, 13) angeordnet sind.
  3. Bohrstrangstabilisierwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Hinterenden (5) der hinteren Hälften der Stabilisierflügel (1) auf einem Kreis sich mindestens bis zum mittleren Teil der Stabilisierflügel (1) auf dem anderen Kreis erstrecken.
  4. Bohrstrangstabilisierwerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 - 3, wobei die Stabilisierflügel-Baugruppen (1, 13) lösbar mit dem Stabilisiergehäuse (11) verbunden sind.
  5. Bohrstrangstabilisierwerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 - 4, wobei die Oberseite des Stabilisiergehäuses (11) versenkte Schlitze (15) aufweist, in denen die Stabilisierflügel-Baugruppen (1, 13) befestigt sind, so dass mindestens ein wesentlicher Teil der Stabilisierflügel (1) außerhalb des Stabilisiergehäuses (11) verläuft.
  6. Stabilisierwerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 - 5, wobei das Vorderende (4) des Stabilisierflügels (1) von oben gesehen im Wesentlichen halbkreisförmig ist.
  7. Stabilisierwerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 - 6, wobei das Hinterende (5) des Stabilisierflügels (1) von oben gesehen im Wesentlichen halbkreisförmig ist.
  8. Stabilisierwerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 - 7, wobei die hintere Hälfte des Stabilisierflügels (1) von oben gesehen sich in Richtung des Hinterendes (5) verjüngt.
  9. Stabilisierwerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 - 8, wobei die Oberseite (6) des Stabilisierflügels (1) in der Nähe und in Richtung des Vorderendes (4) nach unten abgeschrägt ist.
  10. Stabilisierwerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 - 9, wobei die Oberseite (6) des Stabilisierflügels (1) in der Nähe und in Richtung des Hinterendes (5) nach unten abgeschrägt ist.
  11. Stabilisierwerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 - 10, wobei die Unterseite (8) des Stabilisierflügels (1) in der Nähe und in Richtung des Vorderendes (4) nach oben abgeschrägt ist.
  12. Stabilisierwerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 - 11, wobei die Unterseite (8) des Stabilisierflügels (1) in der Nähe und in Richtung des Hinterendes (5) nach oben abgeschrägt ist.
  13. Stabilisierwerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1-12, wobei die Kanten zwischen den Seitenwänden (7) und der Oberseite (6) und/oder der Unterseite (8) unscharf sind.
  14. Stabilisierwerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1-13, wobei die Stabilisierflügel-Baugruppe (1, 13) weiter zwei Montageklötze (13) mit Löchern (19, 20, 21) zur Montage der Klötze (13) an einem Stabilisiergehäuse (11) mittels Schrauben (14) aufweist, wobei die Montageklötze (13) Eingriffswände (18) aufweisen, die so geformt sind, dass sie bei der Montage das Vorderende (4) und das Hinterende (5) des Stabilisierflügels (1) am Stabilisiergehäuse (11) befestigen.
  15. Stabilisierwerkzeug nach Anspruch 14, wobei der Stabilisierflügel (1) ein nach unten ragendes Montageteil (3) mit einer abgeschrägten Eingriffswand am Vorderende (9) und einer abgeschrägten Eingriffswand am Hinterende (10) aufweist, und wobei die Eingriffswände (18) der Montageklötze (13) komplementär so abgeschrägt sind, dass das Montageteil (3) des Stabilisierflügels (1) von den Montageklötzen (13) nach der Montage unter Klemmwirkung gegen das Stabilisiergehäuse (11) gedrückt wird.
  16. Stabilisierwerkzeug nach Anspruch 15, wobei die Montageklötze (13), das Montageteil (3) des Stabilisierflügels (1) und das Stabilisiergehäuse (11) so bemessen sind, dass die Unterseiten der Montageklötze (13) das Stabilisiergehäuse (11) nach der Montage nicht berühren können.
  17. Stabilisierwerkzeug nach Anspruch 16, 17 oder 18, wobei die Montageklötze (13) einen sich von der Eingriffswand (18) zum Inneren des Klotzes (13) erstreckenden Schraubenkopfschlitz (19) und einen sich von besagtem Schraubenkopfschlitz (19) zur Unterseite des Klotzes erstreckenden schmaleren Schraubenschaftschlitz (20) aufweisen, so dass ein Kopf der Schraube (14) in den Schraubenkopfschlitz (19) gesteckt werden kann und der Schraubenschaft in den Schraubenschaftschlitz (20) gleiten kann, bevor die Klötze (13) montiert werden.
  18. Stabilisierwerkzeug nach Anspruch 17, wobei die Montageklötze (13) eine sich zwischen der Oberseite (16) und der Innenseite des Schraubenkopfschlitzes (19) erstreckende Werkzeugbohrung (21) zum Einschieben des Endes eines Montagewerkzeugs, wie zum Beispiel eines Schraubendrehers oder Schraubenschlüssels, bei der Montage der Klötze (13) aufweisen.
  19. Stabilisierwerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 15 - 18, wobei die äußeren Enden der Montageklötze (13) von oben gesehen im Wesentlichen halbkreisförmig sind.
  20. Stabilisierwerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 15 - 19, wobei die Oberseiten (16) der Montageklötze in Richtung der äußeren Enden nach unten abgeschrägt sind.
