Description

Dispositif d'affichage.
La présente invention est relative aux dispositifs d' affichage. Plus particulièrement, l'invention concerne un dispositif d'affichage comportant : - une face d'affichage, au moins un écran électronique disposé en correspondance avec au moins une partie de la face d'affichage, - plusieurs affiches adaptées pour être présentées successivement au niveau de la face d'affichage pour être visibles par un observateur regardant la face d' affichage, - des moyens d'éclairage adaptés pour éclairer lesdites affiches, un dispositif automatique de changement d'affiches adapté pour présenter successivement les affiches au niveau de la face d'affichage, devant l'écran électronique, lesdites affiches comprenant au moins une première affiche qui présente une fenêtre optiquement transparente (évidée ou constituée par un matériau solide transparent) au travers de laquelle l'écran électronique est visible pour ledit observateur regardant la face d'affichage. Le document FR-A-2 793 061 décrit un exemple d'un tel dispositif d'affichage, qui donne toute satisfaction au plan de son fonctionnement. La présente invention a notamment pour but de perfectionner encore les dispositifs d'affichage de ce type, notamment afin de permettre une meilleure visibilité de l'affichage et une meilleure efficacité lorsque la luminosité aitibiante est importante : en effet, dans ce cas, l'écran électronique peut devenir moins visible pour un observateur regardant la face d'affichage. A cet effet, selon l'invention, un dispositif d'affichage du genre en question est caractérisé en ce que les affiches comprennent au moins une deuxième affiche dépourvue de fenêtre optiquement transparente en correspondance avec l'écran électronique, et en ce que le dispositif de changement d'affiches est adapté pour présenter au moins ladite deuxième affiche au niveau de la .face d'affichage, devant l'écran électronique (la deuxième affiche en question peut avantageusement occuper toute la face d'affichage, ou encore occulter uniquement l'écran électronique, auquel cas ladite deuxième affiche peut être présentée au niveau de la face d'affichage conjointement avec une affiche dotée d'une fenêtre optiquement transparente en correspondance avec l'écran électronique). Grâce à ces dispositions, lorsque la face d'affichage reçoit un éclairement important, on peut présenter au public, sur la deuxième affiche, un affichage bien visible malgré cet éclairement important. Dans différents modes de réalisation du dispositif d'affichage selon l'invention, on peut éventuellement avoir recours en outre à l'une et/ou à l'autre des dispositions suivantes : la deuxième affiche présente un format sensiblement identique à la première affiche ; - la deuxième affiche présente un affichage identique à la première affiche ; le dispositif de changement d'affiches comprend une unité centrale électronique adaptée pour présenter automatiquement la deuxième affiche au niveau de la face d'affichage en fonction d'une mesure de luminosité ambiante effectuée par un capteur optique ; le dispositif de changement d'affiches comprend une unité centrale électronique adaptée pour présenter automatiquement la deuxième affiche au niveau de la face d'affichage en fonction de l'heure ; le dispositif d'affichage comporte des moyens d'éclairage pour éclairer les affiches par l'arrière ; l'écran électronique est choisi parmi un écran plasma et un écran à cristaux liquides ; - les affiches constituent des portions successives d'une bande souple, le dispositif de changement d'affiche étant adapté pour faire défiler cette bande souple par rapport à la face d'affichage afin de présenter sélectivement l'une des affiches au niveau de cette face d'affichage ; le dispositif d'affichage comporte en outre des moyens d'émission sonore directifs ; les moyens d'éclairage sont adaptés pour rétro éclairer les affiches. D'autres caractéristiques et avantages de l'invention apparaîtront au cours de la description suivante d'une de ses formes de réalisation, donnée à titre d'exemple non limitatif, en regard des dessins joints. Sur les dessins : la figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'un dispositif d'affichage selon une forme de réalisation de 1 ' invention, - la figure 2 est une vue schématique en coupe verticale du dispositif d'affichage de la figure 1, la - figure 3 est une vue similaire à la figure 1, montrant le dispositif d'affichage dans son état de fonctionnement correspondant à une forte luminosité ambiante, et .la figure 4 est un schéma bloc du circuit de commande correspondant au dispositif d'affichage des figures 1 à 3.. Sur les différentes figures, les mêmes références désignent des éléments identiques ou similaires. Les figures 1 et 2 représentent un dispositif d'affichage 1, se présentant par exemple sous la forme d'un panneau d'affichage destiné à être disposé dans un lieu public, par exemple la voie publique, un aéroport, une gare, un centre commercial, etc. Le dispositif d'affichage 1 comporte un coffre extérieur 2 fermé, rigide, qui peut par exemple reposer sur le sol au moyen d'un pied 2a, ou qui peut le cas échéant être fixé sur un mur ou similaire. Le coffre extérieur 2 présente une face avant ou face d'affichage, dotée d'une ouverture 3 transparente, généralement fermée par une vitre 4. A l'intérieur du coffre 2, derrière la vitre 4, sont présentées successivement des affiches 5 qui peuvent être à but publicitaire ou à but d'information générale. Les affiches 5 peuvent être réalisées en papier, ou sous la forme d'une feuille synthétique translucide, qui peut avantageusement être rétro-éclairée au moyen de rampes d'éclairage 2b ou similaire. Les affiches 5 sont, sur la majeure partie de leur surface, suffisamment opaques pour qu'un observateur situé à l'extérieur du coffre 2 ne puisse pas voir l'intérieur de ce coffre au travers des affiches. En revanche, une partie de la surface de certaines des affiches 5 est constituée par une fenêtre 6 optiquement transparente, qui permet de voir un écran électronique intérieur 7 au travers de l'affiche 5. La fenêtre β peut être constituée par exemple par une feuille de matière synthétique souple transparente, mais le cas échéant, ladite fenêtre 6 pourrait être constituée par une simple ouverture évidée dans l'affiche 5. Cette fenêtre 6 présente une forme rectangulaire dans l'exemple représenté sur les dessins, mais ladite fenêtre pourrait avoir toute autre forme géométrique souhaitée et/ou toute autre dimension et/ou toute autre position au sein de l'affiche -5. L'écran électronique 7, quant à lui, peut par exemple être un écran à plasma, à cristaux liquides, à diodes électroluminescentes, à tube cathodique, ou autre, fixé par un exemple à l'intérieur du coffre 2 sur une structure porteuse 7a. Comme expliqué dans la demande de brevet français n° 03 06093 déposée le 21 mai 2003, l'écran 7 peut le cas échéant être déplaçable à l'intérieur du coffre 2 dans une ou deux directions, de façon manuelle ou automatisée, et/ou l'image présentée par l'écran 7 peut avoir un format variable, de façon à pouvoir s'adapter à des affiches 5 ayant des fenêtres 6 disposées différemment et/ou de formats différents. Comme représenté sur la figure 2, les affiches 5 peuvent être réunies sous la forme d'une bande souple 8 enroulée sur deux rouleaux motorisés 9, qui permettent de présenter successivement les affiches 5 au niveau de la face d'affichage du dispositif d'affichage, c'est-à-dire derrière la vitre 4. Outre les affiches 5 dotées d'une fenêtre 6 optiquement transparente, la bande d'affiches 8 comporte également des affiches 5 dépourvues de telles fenêtres, donc opaques sur sensiblement toute leur surface, qui peuvent être présentées derrière la vitre 4 en recouvrant l'écran 7, notamment lorsque l' éclairement de la face avant du dispositif d'affichage est trop important pour que l'écran électronique 7 soit bien visible du public. Eventuellement, la bande d'affiche 8 peut comprendre des paires d'affiches 5 identiques, l'une des affiches de chaque paire étant pourvue de la fenêtre 6 optiquement transparente tandis que l'autre affiche 5 de la même paire présente le même affichage mais sur toute sa surface . On notera également que, le cas échéant, le dispositif d''-a£fichage 1 pourrait comporter uniquement des affiches 5 dotées de fenêtres optiquement transparentes 6 dans la bande 8 : dans ce cas, le dispositif d'affichage comporterait également un deuxième ensemble d'affiches déroulantes de plus petit format (non représenté) , ce deuxième ensemble d'affiches déroulantes étant interposé entre l'écran 7 et l'affiche 5 en cours de présentation derrière la vitre 4. Dans ce cas, le deuxième ensemble d'affiches déroulantes pourrait présenter par' exemple au moins une fenêtre optiquement transparente (évidée ou réalisée en un matériau transparent) adaptée pour être disposée devant l'écran 7 lorsque ledit écran 7 doit être rendu visible du public, et au moins une affiche opaque adaptée pour recouvrir cet écran 7 lorsque ledit écran 7 ne doit plus être visible du public. Avantageusement, les affiches de ce deuxième ensemble d'affiches pourraient être complémentaires des affiches 5 de la bande 8, de façon que, lorsque l'on présente simultanément une affiche 5 et l'affiche correspondante . du deuxième ensemble d'affiches derrière la vitre 4, ces deux affiches forment ensemble une même image s 'étendant derrière l'ensemble de la vitre 4. Comme représenté sur la figure 4, le dispositif d' affichage 1 peut avantageusement être commandé par une unité centrale électronique 10 (UC) , qui peut comprendre notamment un microprocesseur MP, une mémoire MEM et une horloge H. De plus, l'unité centrale 10 commande également le déplacement des affiches 5 (et le cas échéant le déplacement du deuxième ensemble d' affiches mentionné précédemment) . Cette directivité peut être obtenue notamment par les caractéristiques intrinsèques de directivité des haut- parleurs 17, et/ou par un traitement du signal en amont des haut-parleurs 17 (comme décrit par exemple dans le document EP-B-0842508) , et/ou par un ou plusieurs déflecteurs de son, par exemple en forme de dôme situé au- dessus de la zone 18 (comme décrit par exemple dans le document WO-A-95/12960) . On notera que les moyens d'émission sonore peuvent être soit disposés sur le panneau d'affichage 1, comme dans l'exemple ci-dessus, soit séparés de ce panneau et disposés à proximité.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1. Dispositif d'affichage comportant : - une face d'affichage (4), - au moins un écran électronique (7) disposé en correspondance avec au moins une partie de la face d'affichage (4) , - plusieurs affiches (5) adaptées pour être présentées successivement au niveau de la face d'affichage (4) pour être visibles par un observateur regardant la face d'affichage, des moyens d'éclairage (2b) adaptés pour éclairer lesdites affiches (5), - un dispositif automatique de changement d'affiches (9, 10) adapté pour présenter successivement les affiches (5) au niveau de la face d'affichage, devant l'écran électronique, lesdites affiches comprenant au moins une première affiche qui présente une fenêtre optiquement transparente (6) au travers de laquelle l'écran électronique (7) est visible pour ledit observateur regardant la face d'affichage, caractérisé en ce que les affiches (5) comprennent au moins une deuxième affiche dépourvue de fenêtre optiquement transparente en correspondance avec l'écran électronique, et en ce que le dispositif de changement d'affiches (9, 10) est adapté pour présenter au moins ladite deuxième affiche au niveau de la face d'affichage (4), devant l'écran électronique (7).
2. Dispositif d'affichage selon la revendication
1, dans lequel la deuxième affiche (5) présente un format sensiblement identique à la première affiche (5) .
3. Dispositif d'affichage selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, dans lequel la deuxième affiche (5) présente un affichage identique à la première affiche (5) .
4. Dispositif d'affichage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le dispositif de changement d'affiches comprend une unité centrale électronique (10) adaptée pour présenter automatiquement la deuxième affiche (5) au niveau de la face d'affichage (4) en fonction d'une mesure de luminosité ambiante effectuée par un capteur optique (16) .
5. Dispositif d'affichage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel le dispositif de changement d'affiches comprend une unité centrale électronique (10) adaptée pour présenter automatiquement la deuxième affiche (5) au niveau de la face d'affichage (4) en fonction de l'heure.
6. Dispositif d'affichage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le dispositif d'affichage comporte des moyens d'éclairage (2b) pour éclairer les affiches (5) par l'arrière.
7. Dispositif d'affichage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'écran électronique (7) est choisi parmi un écran plasma et un écran à cristaux liquides.
8. Dispositif d'affichage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les affiches (5) constituent des portions successives d'une bande souple (8), le dispositif de changement d'affiche (9, 10) étant adapté pour faire défiler cette bande souple par rapport à la face d'affichage (4) afin de présenter sélectivement l'une des affiches (5) au niveau de cette face d'affichage.
9. Dispositif d'affichage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comportant en outre des moyens d'émission sonore directifs (17).
10. Dispositif d'affichage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les moyens d'éclairage (2b) sont adaptés pour rétro-éclairer les affiches (5) .
