Diese Konstruktion soll umfasst sein durch die Aussage, dass die Einstiegsöffnung durch eine Zunge "abgedeckt" ist. Schuh, insbesondere Ski-, Snowboard-, Berg- oder Wanderschuh (10), bestehend aus Sohle (11) und Oberteil (12), welches an seiner Oberseite eine sich in Schuhlängsrichtung über den Rist (13) hinweg erstreckende, durch eine Zunge (14) abgedeckte oder abdeckbare Einstecköffnung (15) aufweist, wobei der Zunge (14) ein biegeelastisches Stützelement (16) zugeordnet ist, welches relativ zur Zunge (14) längsverschieblich gelagert ist,
