Der Kondensator 10 weist zwei seitliche Sammelrohre 13, 14 und einen parallel zum Sammelrohr 14 angeordneten Sammler 15 auf, welcher über zwei Überströmöffnungen 16, 17 mit dem Sammelrohr 14 in Verbindung steht. Ein solcher Kondensator 10 ist aus der eingangs genannten DE 199 12 381 A1 der Anmelderin bekannt, insbesondere, was dessen Funktion betrifft. Der Inhalt dieser Offenlegungsschrift der Anmelderin wird daher vollumfänglich in den Offenbarungsgehalt der vorliegenden Anmeldung einbezogen. In den Sammler 15 ist der erfindungsgemäße, oben beschriebene Trockner-Filter-Einsatz 1 eingesetzt, wobei der Verschlussstopfen 6 in axialer Richtung gegenüber dem Sammler 15 festgelegt ist. Das unterste Ende 2a des Steigrohres 2 befindet sich etwas oberhalb des Bodens des Sammlers 15, so dass Kältemittel angesaugt werden kann. Der Trennstopfen 4 befindet sich zwischen den Überströmöffnungen 16, 17, so dass eine Abdichtung zwischen der oben liegenden Unterkühlstrecke 11 und dem darunter liegenden Kondensationsabschnitt 12 bzw. der kommunizierenden Kammer des Sammlers 15 sichergestallt ist. Im unteren Bereich des Kunststoffkäfigs 3 ist die umlaufende Dichtlippe 7 angeordnet, welche an der Innenwand des Sammlers 15 anliegt und somit das Kältemittel zwingt, den Kunststoffkäfig 3 innen zu durchströmen. Unterhalb der Dichtlippe 7 sammelt sich somit das getrocknete Kältemittel, welches über die Ansaugöffnung 2a des Steigrohres 2 angesaugt und nach oben in die Buchse 5 gefördert wird, von wo aus es in die Unterkühlstrecke 11 gelangt.In the collector 15 of the invention, the above-described dryer-filter insert 1 is used, wherein the sealing plug 6 is fixed in the axial direction relative to the collector 15. Claims (11)

  1. A drier and filter cartridge (1) for a collector (15) of a condenser (10) with an upper supercooling path (11) and a condensation section (12) arranged therebelow, in particular for motor vehicle air conditioning systems, wherein the cartridge (1) has a riser tube (2) and a separating wall which is arranged between the supercooling path (11) and the condensation section (12), and has a drier and filter unit, characterized in that the riser tube (2) is formed as supporting member on which the separating wall and the drier and filter unit are arranged.
  2. The drier and filter cartridge according to claim 1, characterized in that the separating wall is formed as separating plug (4) which can be inserted and sealed in the collector (15).
  3. The drier and filter cartridge according to claim 2, characterized in that the separating plug (4) has at least one annular groove with a sealing ring (8).
  4. The drier and filter cartridge according to claim 1, 2 or 3, characterized in that the drier and filter unit is formed as plastic cage (3) and can be filled with a drier material (granulate).
  5. The drier and filter cartridge according to claim 4, characterized in that the plastic cage (3) forms an annular gap with the collector (15) and that in the lower region of the plastic cage (3), a sealing lip (7) is arranged which seals the annular gap.
  6. The drier and filter cartridge according to claim 4 or claim 5, characterized in that the plastic cage (3) can be slid onto the riser tube (2) and is retained there in a force-fitting manner.
  7. The drier and filter cartridge according to any one of the claims 2 to 6, characterized in that the separating plug (4) receives, on the one hand, the upper end of the riser tube (2) and, on the other - on the side facing away from the riser tube - receives a perforated bushing (5) which communicates on the coolant side with the supercooling path (11) and the riser tube (2).
  8. The drier and filter cartridge according to claim 7, characterized in that a sealing plug (6) is fastened on the bushing's (5) front side end facing away from the separating plug (4).
  9. The drier and filter cartridge according to claim 8, characterized in that the sealing plug (6) can be sealed with respect to the collector (15) via at least one sealing ring (9) and/or can be fixed in the collector (15) via a securing element.
  10. The drier and filter cartridge according to claim 7, 8 or 9, characterized in that the cartridge consisting of riser tube (2), drier and filter unit (3), separating plug (4), bushing (5) and sealing plug (6) is formed as structural unit and can be mounted as such.
  11. A condenser (10) for a motor vehicle air conditioning system with an upper supercooling path (11) and a condensation section (12) arranged therebelow, with collecting tubes (13, 14) and a collector (15) arranged parallel to one of the collecting tubes (14), characterized in that the collector (15) contains a drier and filter cartridge (1) according to any one of the preceding claims.
