  1. Combination of a decolorizing substrate (34, 64) and of a substrate (10) designed to be provided with a confidential pattern (40) by printing with a normal ink in a camouflaging zone (20, 70), characterized in that the camouflaging means (21, 71) of the camouflaging zone (20, 70) is printed beforehand with a special ink, special ink, unlike normal ink, being erasable irreversibly with a decolorizing product (36, 66), the decolorizing product (36) being placed in the decolorizing substrate (34, 64), which is connected with the substrate (10) and which can be brought into contact with the special ink in the camouflaging zone (20, 70).
  2. Combination of a decolorizing substrate (34, 64) and of a substrate (10) according to claim 1, characterized in that normal ink is laser printer toner or inkjet printer ink.
  3. Combination of a decolorizing substrate (34, 64) and of a substrate (10) according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the special ink is ink obtained by means of a reaction of the self-copying products CF and CB.
  4. Combination of a decolorizing substrate (34, 64) and of a substrate (10) according to claim 3, characterized in that the special ink is ink obtained by means of a reaction of the self-copying products CF and CB in a mixture of the two products CF and CB made based on phenol resin.
  5. Combination of a decolorizing substrate (34, 64) and of a substrate (10) according to any of the claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the special ink is a black washable ink and/or a water-based ink.
  6. Combination of a decolorizing substrate (34, 64) and of a substrate (10) according to any of the claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the decolorizing product (36, 66) is ink desensitizing the CF-layer or a bleaching product such as those used in the textile industry or the paper bleaching technologies, in particular commercially available bleach or optical brighteners.
  7. Combination of a decolorizing substrate (34, 64) and of a substrate (10) according to any of the claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the decolorizing product (36, 66) is encapsulated in microcapsules that are able to burst under pressure.
  8. Combination of a decolorizing substrate (34, 64) and of a substrate (10) according to any of the claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the decolorizing substrate is a coatable fibrous pad of decolorizing product.
  9. Combination of a decolorizing substrate (34, 64) and of a substrate (10) according to any of the claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the decolorizing substrate is a coatable wipe of decolorizing product.
  10. Combination of a decolorizing substrate (34, 64) and of a substrate (10) according to any of the claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the decolorizing substrate (34) is a film (34, 54) of transparent plastic material.
  11. Combination of a decolorizing substrate (34, 64) and of a substrate (10) according to any of the claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the decolorizing product (36) is placed by mixture in a glue (35) or superimposed on a glue (35), the glue(35) being used for connecting the decolorizing substrate (34) to the substrate (10).
  12. Combination of a decolorizing substrate (34, 64) and of a substrate (10) according to any of the claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the decolorizing product (36) is placed superimposed on a glue (35) with an additional substrate (37) between the decolorizing product (36) and the glue (35), the glue (35) being used for connecting the decolorizing substrate (34) to the substrate (10).
  13. Combination of a decolorizing substrate (34, 64) and of a substrate (10) according to any of the claims 1 to 7, characterized in that a glue (65) is placed in the decolorizing substrate (64) only in the marginal strips (68) on both sides of a central strip (69) with the decolorizing product, the glue (65) being used for connecting the decolorizing substrate (64) to the substrate (10).
  14. Combination of a decolorizing substrate (34, 64) and of a substrate (10) according to any of the claims 11 to 13, characterized in that the glue (35, 65) is a permanent glue with respect to the substrate (10).
  15. Combination of a decolorizing substrate (34, 64) and of a substrate (10) according to any of the claims 1 to 14, characterized in that the decolorizing substrate (34, 64) is glued on an antiblocking zone.
  16. Combination of a decolorizing substrate (34, 64) and of a substrate (10) according to claim 15 characterized in that the antiblocking zone is formed by an antiblocking substrate (31, 61) glued on the substrate (10).
  17. Combination of a decolorizing substrate (34, 64) and of a substrate (10) according to any of the claims 1 to 16, characterized in that the camouflaging means (71) is printed on an adhesive label (73), said adhesive label (73) being placed as a camouflaging label in the camouflaging zone (70).
