Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Handabschaltpistole mit druckentlastetem Handhebel (2), insbesondere für Hochdruckreinigungsgeräte, wobei innerhalb eines Pistolengehäuses (1) der Handabschaltpistole ein Ventil (5) eine Flüssigkeitsabgabeleitung (6) dadurch verschließt, dass ein Ventilkörper (14) unter Kraft einer Feder (15) gegen einen Ventilsitz (13) gepresst wird, und wobei der Ventilkörper mittels des Handhebels über eine innerhalb einer Betätigungsbohrung axial verschiebbar geführte Betätigungsstange entgegen der Kraft der Feder vom Ventilsitz abhebbar ist, und die Haltekraft des Handhebels beim Öffnen und Offenhalten des Ventils mittelbar durch den Mediendruck unterstützt wird, wobei die Betätigungsstange mindestens eine Stufe größerer radialer Abmessung als ihr Grundkörper besitzt, so dass sich innerhalb der Betätigungsbohrung ein Hochdruckraum und ein Niederdruckraum ergibt, und dass sich stromabwärts des Ventils, zwischen der Flüssigkeitsabgabeleitung und dem Hochdruckraum eine druckleitende Steuerbohrung erstreckt. Vorteil der vorliegenden Erfindung ist, dass kein zusätzlicher bewegter und abgedichteter Steuerkolben wie beim Stand der Technik vorhanden sein muss, sondern nur eine Steuerbohrung und die Ausbildung der ohnehin schon vorhandenen abgedichteten Betätigungsstange zwischen Handhebel und Ventil als Stufenkolben. Die erfindungsgemäße Handabschaltpistole mit druckentlastetem Handhebel ist hierdurch wesentlich einfacher und damit kostengünstiger und zuverlässiger konstruiert und kann zudem eine größere Kraftwirkung auf den Handhebel bewirken.
