Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft einen elektromagnetischen Aktuator, insbesondere einen bipolaren elektromagnetischen Aktuator, der beispielsweise zum gesteuerten Schalten, als Schließ- und Verriegelungssystem, als Hubmagnet sowie als Dreh- und Schwingmagnet Anwendung findet.
Nach der Konzeption der Erfindung besteht der elektromagnetische bipolare Aktuator aus einem einen Kern (1.2) und eine Erregungswicklung (1.1) aufweisenden Elektromagneten (1), einem zwischen einer Offenstellung und einer Schließstellung in Richtung der Längsachse des Elektromagneten (1) beweglichen und mit der Kraft eines Federelements (5) beaufschlagbaren Anker (2), sowie einem in Bewegungsrichtung des Ankers (2) sich erstreckenden Jochschenkel (1.3), der über einen Jochsockel mit dem Kern (1.2) des Elektromagneten (1) verbunden ist. Der Jochschenkel (1.3) verläuft parallel zum Kern (1.2) des Elektromagneten. Der Anker (2) umfasst einen von einem oberen Ankerblech (2.3) und von einem unteren Ankerblech (2.1) sandwichartig eingeschlossenen polarisierten Permanentmagnet (2.2), der zumindest mit einer Stirnseite des oberen Ankerblechs (2.3) am Joch (1.3) anliegt und bei dem zwischen zumindest einer Stirnseite des unteren Ankerblechs (2.1) und dem Joch (1.3) ein Nebenluftspalt (3) vorhanden ist.The invention relates to an electromagnetic actuator, in particular a bipolar electromagnetic actuator, which is used for example for controlled switching, as locking and locking system, as a solenoid and as a rotary and vibrating magnet.
