Description

The invention relates to a combined supply and exhaust passage with a junction box, which is divided into a supply air and an exhaust air area. The room side, the terminal box has an exhaust air inlet and a Zuluftauslaß on the connection side and an exhaust outlet and a supply air connection. In addition, the terminal box is to be opened on the room side. Such so-called combination passages are usually used in the air conditioning of larger building units and already installed in walls, if the division into individual rooms is not yet established. Therefore, supply and exhaust air are to be arranged close to each other so that each room has at least one Zuluft- and exhaust air passage at the later setting of the partition walls. Therefore, combination passages are preferred.

These transmission types (see, for example, patent document EP-A-1018626 ) are either connected to a duct system on the supply and exhaust air side or only connected to a duct system on the supply side. The duct system is usually laid above the corridor ceiling. In the case of systems connected only to the supply air side, the exhaust air is simply led into the false ceiling of the corridor and, for example, detected by an extraction device located at the end of the corridor and removed from the building. From the individual rooms, the exhaust air is pushed out only by displacement, so that in each case no second fan is necessary at the individual positions.

The problem with composite outlets is that on the supply or in particular the exhaust air noise can be transferred from one to another room or get out of the hallway in the individual rooms. These acoustic feedbacks are undesirable. In order to prevent a sound transmission from room to room and on the other hand additionally dampen system noise will therefore well-known combination passages equipped with additional external silencers. In addition, it is normally necessary to be able to set the volume flow for each room in a defined manner, which is why additional external volumetric flow controllers are additionally installed.

The entire system is therefore complicated also in terms of their installation. For disassembly or readjustment of the volume flows usually ceiling elements must be suspended in the corridor area to have access to the individual components.

The invention is therefore an object of the invention to provide a combination passage, which is in a cost effective manner meet the aforementioned requirements. This object is achieved by a combined supply and exhaust passage with the features of claim 1.

The volume control is done by depending on the needs of the supply air or exhaust air outlet or both flow controllers are connected, which are integrated into the device. At the same time any noise developments are dammed by inserted into the junction box sound insulation. These are thus also integrated directly into the device. In order to allow access to the volumetric flow controller at a later time for adjusting or readjusting the volume flow, the sound insulation according to the invention further attached to the junction box movable so that they can be moved to a position that allows free access to the underlying flow control ,

Preferably, the sound-absorbing elements are formed as mutually offset Schalldämmkulissen and pivoted at their respective opposite outer side portions, so that they are rotated in one position can, in which the access to the underlying volume flow controller is free.

The illustrated combined supply and exhaust passage has a junction box 1, which is divided by a partition wall 2 into a supply air region 3 and an exhaust air region 4. The terminal box 1 is installed in a wall and closes the room side with a front plate 5, which can be opened. The front plate 5 has slot-shaped openings 6, 7, which partially serve as Zuluftauslaß 6 and partly as Ablufteirtlaß 7. Overall, the slots 6, 7 evenly distributed over the front panel 5, so that a homogeneous overall appearance is formed. Since a noise with increasing passage area decreases and the exhaust air inlets 7 are usually acoustically less problematic than Zuluftauslässe 6, a larger part of the exit surface of the front plate 5 is designed as Zuluftauslaß 6. A division of about 2/3 of the surface as Zuluftauslässe 6 and 1/3 of the surface as exhaust air inlets 7 is advantageous. In the Zuluftauslässen 6 eccentric rollers 8 are used for air distribution, while 7 nozzle rollers, not shown, are arranged in the exhaust air inlets. On the back or on the corridor side, the combination passage has a supply air connection 9, which is formed as a nozzle in the illustrated embodiment, and an exhaust outlet 10, the simplifying as shown as a detail may be formed in the connection box 1, if no separate guidance of the exhaust air is provided, but this is simply introduced into the false ceiling in the hall area.

Abluftbereichs 4 gegeneinander versetzt eingebaut werden (siehe Fig. 2).In order to prevent sound transmissions and to dampen the noise generated in and at the passage itself, sound insulation elements 12 are defined both in the supply air region 3 and in the exhaust air region 4. These extend between the top 13 and the bottom 15 of the junction box 1. The Schalldämmelemente 12 are preferably formed as Schalldämmkulissen as shown, which can be standardized in size and depending on the width of the Zuluftbereichs 3 or exhaust air 4 are offset from each other installed ( please refer Fig. 2 ).

As a volume flow controller adapted to the particular application constant volume flow regulator 16 is connected to the supply air connection 9 by being inserted as shown in the supply air connection 9 from the inside of the junction box 1 from. The constant volume flow regulator 16 can be wrapped for sealing with sealing tape and then plugged into the supply air connection 9 in a simple manner.

In order to be able to make readjustments or an exchange of the volumetric flow controller later in the assembled state of the combination diffuser, the sound insulation 12, which are mounted in front of the volumetric flow controller 16, that is, in the illustrated case, the soundproofing elements 12 in the supply air 3, flexibly connected to the junction box 1. Preferably, the sound-absorbing elements 12 are partially hinged, ie in the illustrated embodiment on the supply air side 3, pivotally mounted on the junction box 1. The installation can be carried out particularly simply by pivoting the sound-damping elements 12 about lateral pivot axes 18. In order to keep the soundproofing elements 12 in the operating position safely is at a distance from the pivot axes 18 per sound element 12 at least one fastening device 19 is arranged. This preferably has locking elements, so that they can be easily and safely locked with complementary locking devices of the terminal box and released again. The pivot axes 18 are preferably provided at opposite and as far as possible from each other spaced ends of the backdrop-like staggered Schalldämmelemente 12, so that the sound insulation 12 can be pivoted after removing the front panel 5 forward in the direction of the arrows 20 and so a free access to the volume flow controller 16 allow.

At the same time requirements for small footprint and low costs are met with the combined supply and exhaust passage according to the invention, since all the essential elements are already accommodated in the combination passage, and it is a good noise insulation and a simple flow control ensured.
