Abstract

Um bei einem Heizkessel für die Verbrennung von festem Brennstoff, insbesondere von Biomasse, eine zuverlässige automatische Ascheaustragung zu ermöglichen, ist eine Ascheaustragseinrichtung vorgesehen, welche zumindest eine über einen Brennkammerboden (8) verschieblich angeordnete Transportschaufel (20) aufweist. Insbesondere sind mehrere über eine umlaufende Förderkette (18) miteinander verbundene Transportschaufeln (20) vorgesehen. Der Heizkessel (2) weist keinen Ascherost auf und die Gefahr von Verklemmungen von Fremdkörpern ist vermieden. Zudem kann die Verweildauer des Brennguts variabel eingestellt werden, so dass auch unterschiedlichste Biomasse-Brennstoffe effizient verbrannt werden können.
