Abstract
Ein Akkumulator (1) für eine Klimaanlage, insbesondere Fahrzeug-Klimaanlage, umfasst in bekannter Weise ein Gehäuse (2), das einen Einlass (4) und einen Auslass (5) für Kältemittel aufweist. Im Innenraum (8) des Gehäuses (2) ist ein im Wesentlichen U-förmiges Rohr (10, 27, 11) angeordnet, das einen im Wesentlichen geradlinigen Einlass-Rohrabschnitt (10) und einen im Wesentlichen geradlinigen Auslass-Rohrabschnitt (11) umfasst, die an ihren unteren Enden durch einen gekrümmten, eine Durchgangsbohrung (28) für Öl aufweisenden Rohrabschnitt (27) verbunden sind. Der Einlass-Rohrabschnitt (10) öffnet sich mit seinem oberen Ende in den Innenraum (8) des Gehäuses (2), während das obere Ende des Auslass-Rohrabschnittes (11) mit dem Auslass (5) des Gehäuses (2) verbunden ist. Die Achsen des Einlass-Rohrabschnittes (10) und des Auslass-Rohrabschnittes (11) spannen eine Ebene auf, die im Wesentlichen parallel zur Achse des Gehäuses (2), jedoch in Abstand von dieser verläuft. Auf diese Weise ist es möglich, ein komplexes Anforderungsprofil an den Akkumulator (1) zu erfüllen, nämlich die Einhaltung eines vom Kunden des Herstellers des Akkumulators (1) vorgegebenes Anschlussbild, einen großen Abstand zwischen der Mündung des Einlasses (4) in den Innenraum (8) des Gehäuses (2) und der oberen Öffnung des Einlass-Rohrabschnittes (10) und geringen Außenmaßen des Akkumulators (1). An accumulator (1) for an air conditioning system, in particular a vehicle air conditioning system, comprises in a known manner a housing (2) having an inlet (4) and an outlet (5) for refrigerant. In the interior (8) of the housing (2), a substantially U-shaped tube (10, 27, 11) is arranged, which comprises a substantially rectilinear inlet pipe section (10) and a substantially rectilinear outlet pipe section (11) which are connected at their lower ends by a curved, through-bore (28) for oil-containing pipe section (27). The inlet pipe section (10) opens with its upper end in the interior (8) of the housing (2), while the upper end of the outlet pipe section (11) with the outlet (5) of the housing (2) is connected. The axes of the inlet tube section (10) and the outlet tube section (11) span a plane that is substantially parallel to, but spaced from, the axis of the housing (2). In this way, it is possible to fulfill a complex profile of requirements for the accumulator (1), namely compliance with a connection image specified by the customer of the manufacturer of the accumulator (1), a large distance between the mouth of the inlet (4) into the interior ( 8) of the housing (2) and the upper opening of the inlet pipe section (10) and small outer dimensions of the accumulator (1).
