Abstract
Kreiselpumpe mehrstufiger Bauart, wobei für eine Entnahme einer Teilmenge von der gesamten Pumpen-Fördermenge im Pumpengehäuse (1) hinter der letzten Pumpenstufe (4) ein Strömungsführungskanal angeordnet ist, der einem zusätzlichen Laufrad die entnommene Teilmenge zuführt und das Laufrad auf die Teilmenge eine weitere Drucksteigerung ausübt. Ein an sich bekanntes, drucksteigerndes und innerhalb der Kreiselpumpe hinter deren letzten Pumpenstufe (4) angeordnetes Sonderlaufrad (5) erzeugt eine im Druck gesteigerte Teilmenge. Diese Teilmenge strömt einem mit einem Strömungsteiler (7) versehenen Leitungssystem (6) zu, wobei vom Strömungsteiler (7) mindestens zwei Zweigleitungen (8, 9) abzweigen und zumindest eine Zweigleitung (8) mit einem Absperrorgan (12) versehen ist. Damit erfolgt in einen laufenden Betrieb der Kreiselpumpe eine Rückführung der abgedrosselten Teilmenge des Sonderlaufrades zurück auf den Enddruck der Kreiselpumpe.
