Claims (3)
- Procédé de commande d'un processus de rôtissage dans un compartiment de cuisson (3) d'une rôtissoire (1), lequel compartiment est fermé et doté d'un dispositif chauffant (5), la température dans le compartiment de cuisson (3) étant déterminée et le dispositif chauffant (5) allumé et éteint par le biais d'un cycle de réglage de la température, dès qu'une température opérationnelle prédéterminée est atteinte, caractérisé en ce que la température dans le compartiment de cuisson (3) est abaissée pendant le processus de rôtissage au cours d'une phase de refroidissement temporaire (tA), qui se trouve en dessous d'une température opérationnelle inférieure (TSU), et est de nouveau augmentée au cours d'une phase de chauffage (tVS) consécutive, la phase de refroidissement temporaire (tA) étant initiée par une mise hors tension du dispositif chauffant (5) non prévue dans le cycle de réglage (tR) lors d'une ouverture du compartiment de cuisson (3) et le produit à cuire étant exposé au cours de la phase de chauffage (tVS) à un rayonnement de chaleur permanent, et une mise en marche du dispositif chauffant (5) étant lancée dès que le compartiment de cuisson (3) est fermé.
