Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de fixation vertébrale qui comprend au moins une tige longitudinale (32) ainsi qu'un groupe de plusieurs brides à tringle (70a-70d) montées réglables sur la tige longitudinale (32). Un groupe de plusieurs brides en C (60) sont montées à la fois sur les tringles et sur les tiges longitudinales. Chaque bride en C comprend un passage traversant conique femelle (69) lequel s'ajuste serrée une vis pédiculaire. Un groupe de plusieurs vis pédiculaires sont utilisées pour fixer les brides en C (60) sur l'os ainsi que sur la tringle et la tige longitudinale. La bride en C (60) exerce également une action de serrage pour relier la bride en C (60) aux tringles et à la tige longitudinale.
