Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de fixation vertébrale qui comprend au moins une tige longitudinale (32) ainsi qu'un groupe de plusieurs brides à tringle (70a-70d) montées réglables sur la tige longitudinale (32). Un groupe de plusieurs brides en C (60) sont montées à la fois sur les tringles et sur les tiges longitudinales. Chaque bride en C comprend un passage traversant conique femelle (69) lequel s'ajuste serrée une vis pédiculaire. Un groupe de plusieurs vis pédiculaires sont utilisées pour fixer les brides en C (60) sur l'os ainsi que sur la tringle et la tige longitudinale. Les vis pédiculaires comportent un évidement (58) fileté dans lequel se visse une vis de pression (90). La vis pédiculaire possède une tête conique mâle (55) qui vient en contact de frottement avec l'alésage traversant conique femelle correspondant (69) formé dans la bride en C (60) pour obtenir un ajustement de cône Morse. La bride en C (60) exerce également une action de serrage pour relier la bride en C (60) aux tringles et à la tige longitudinale.
