Claims (14)
- Compresseur (1) utilisé pour des appareils ménagers comprenant:un cylindre (8) pour pomper un gaz de refroidissement, un piston (9) sur le cylindre pour comprimer le gaz de refroidissement dans une ouverture de cylindre, un silencieux d'aspiration (12) en matière plastique pour permettre au gaz de refroidissement d'atteindre une zone du cylindre (8) avant d'être chauffé et minimisant le bruit provoqué par le gaz de refroidissement, une culasse (13) reliant le silencieux d'aspiration (12) et le cylindre (8), une plaque porte-soupape (2) établissant une liaison rigide et étanche entre le cylindre (8) et la culasse (13) et permettant l'aspiration et la compression des fluides de cycle, une plaque de soupape d'aspiration (3) sur un côté de la plaque porte-soupape (2) pour permettre l'aspiration des fluides de cycle dans le cylindre (8) et une plaque de soupape d'échappement (4) sur un côté de la plaque de soupape (2) pour permettre la décharge des fluides de cycle dans le cylindre (8), caractérisé en ce que la plaque de soupape (2) comprend un cadre (6) axiale et un amortisseur (5) dans le cadre (6) réalisé dans un autre matériau adapté pour minimiser les vibrations et le bruit lorsque la plaque de soupape d'aspiration (3) et la plaque de soupape d'échappement (4) heurte un sommet de la plaque de soupape (2).
- Compresseur (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la plaque porte-soupape (2) comprend le cadre (6) et l'amortisseur (5) qui sont reliés l'un à l'autre de manière à s'engrener et dont les tractions une forme plane au moyen d'une opération de meulage.
- Compresseur (1) selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que la plaque porte-soupape (2) comprend le cadre (6) en un matériau rigide dans des parties présentant des charges axiales et radiales telles qu'un rivet et un trou de vis.
- Compresseur (1) selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la plaque porte-soupape (2) comprend l'amortisseur (5) dans les parties où les plaques de soupape frappent par les mouvements d'oscillation pour amortir le bruit.
- Compresseur (1) selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la plaque porte-soupape (2) comprend l'amortisseur (5) ayant une dimension supérieure au diamètre du cylindre (8) et le cadre (6) position permettant une connexion du cadre (6) au cylindre (8) et à la culasse (13).
- Compresseur (1) selon les revendications 1, 3, 4 et 5, caractérisé en ce que la plaque porte-soupape (2) comprend le cadre (6) en fritté ou en plaque mince et l'amortisseur (5) pressé sur le cadre (6) au moyen d'un procédé d'injection, l'amortisseur (5) ayant des trappes d'aspiration et d'aspiration dont une forme plane est prévue.
- Compresseur (1) selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que la plaque porte-soupape (2) comprend des amortisseurs (5) classés selon leur épaisseur en mesurant la progression du piston (9) en saillie d'une surface avant du cylindre (8).
- Compresseur (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément d'arrêt (15) empêchant les fuites éventuelles de gaz provoquées par la rupture de la plaque de soupape d'échappement (4) ou l'invalidité de l'ouverture et de la fermeture de ladite plaque de soupape d'échappement (4) en raison de haute pression sur la plaque de soupape d'échappement (4) et une ou plusieurs tiges (14) ayant une forme rectangulaire ou elliptique pour fixer la plaque de soupape d'échappement (4) à l'élément d'arrêt (15) et à la plaque de porte-soupape (2) dans une direction verticale empêchant sa rotation vers la direction gauche ou droite autour d'un axe autour duquel il est fixé.
- Compresseur (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un boîtier de feuille d'aspiration (50) qui a moins d'épaisseur que la plaque de soupape (2), sur l'amortisseur (5), - une feuille de soupape d'aspiration (51) ayant une forme appropriée pour le boîtier de feuille d'aspiration (50) et une ou plusieurs tiges (52) pour fixer la plaque de soupape d'aspiration (51) au boîtier de feuille d'aspiration (50) et à la plaque porte-soupape (2) dans une direction verticale et empêchant sa rotation vers la direction gauche ou droite autour d'un axe autour duquel elle est fixée.
- Compresseur (1) selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'un joint d'aspiration (16) comprenant un boîtier de tige (53) ayant une forme appropriée pour la tige (52) pour empêcher les différences de niveau provoquées par la tige (52).
- Compresseur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'appareil ménager est un réfrigérateur.
- Compresseur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la plaque de soupape d'aspiration (3) se trouve sur le côté de la plaque porte-soupape (2) relié à la culasse (13) et la feuille de soupape d'échappement (4) la plaque porte-soupape (2) reliée au cylindre (8).
- Compresseur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le cadre (6) est fait d'un matériau métallique.
- Compresseur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'amortisseur (5) est en matière plastique rigide.
