Claims (10)

  1. Verfahren für die Herstellung eines Feinschnitts, der mindestens gewalzte Ligninbestandteile und Nicht-Ligninbestandteile umfasst, wobei insbesondere:
    - die Ligninbestandteile einem Erwärmungsvorgang (10) auf eine Temperatur über 60 °C unterzogen werden,
    - die erwärmten Ligninbestandteile einem Walzschritt (11) unterzogen werden, wobei die Temperatur auf der Temperatur des Erwärmungsvorgangs (10) gehalten wird, so dass die Ligninbestandteile eine Dicke aufweisen, die ähnlich der Dicke der Tabakblätter ist, und
    - die gewalzten Ligninbestandteile mit den Nicht-Ligninbestandteilen gemischt werden.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Erwärmen der Ligninbestandteile bei einer Temperatur zwischen 65 °C und 80 °C inklusive erfolgt.
  3. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei das Walzen der Ligninbestandteile bei einer Feuchtigkeit zwischen 25 und 45 % inklusive erfolgt.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die gewalzten Ligninbestandteile einem Kühlvorgang unterzogen werden.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die gewalzten Ligninbestandteile einem Siebvorgang unterzogen werden, der erlaubt, Ligninbestandteile geringer Korngröße zu entfernen.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei die Ligninbestandteile und die Nicht-Ligninbestandteile nach dem Mischen gleichzeitig einem Sauciervorgang (16) unterzogen werden.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei die gewalzten Ligninbestandteile mit den Nicht-Ligninbestandteilen gemischt werden, nachdem die Nicht-Ligninbestandteile einem Sauciervorgang (16) unterzogen wurden.
  8. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei die gewalzten Ligninbestandteile vor ihrem Mischen mit den Nicht-Ligninbestandteilen einem Sauciervorgang (17) unterzogen werden.
  9. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei die gemischten gewalzten Ligninbestandteile und die Nicht-Ligninbestandteile einem Cutvorgang (19) unterzogen werden.
  10. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei die Ligninbestandteile Tabakrippen sind.
