Abstract

The machine (11) has a first cylinder (13) driven by an electric drive (30) and essentially coaxial with a first cylinder and a controller for the drive that processes synchronous signals related to the revolution rate of a second cylinder (14) and data associated with desired deviations from the synchronous revolution rate and converts them into control signals for preferably periodic revolution rate variations of the first cylinder during a revolution of the first cylinder.
