Claims (13)
- Wärmetauscher, insbesondere Kondensator (1) für eine Kraftfahrzeug-Klimaanlage, mit zwei Sammelkästen (2), in welche die Enden von Rohren, insbesondere von Flachrohren (3), eingeführt sind, wobei die Sammelkästen (2) stimseitig jeweils von Deckeln (7) verschlossen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Deckel (7) eine Aufnahme (11) für die Enden eines Sammelkastens (2) aufweist.
- Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (7) von der Stirnseite auf den Sammelkasten (2) aufgesetzt ist.
- Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (7) eine Öffnung (10) aufweist, durch die das Wärmetauschermedium dem Wärmetauscher zugeführt oder aus ihm abgeleitet werden kann.
- Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung (10) stufenförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der kleinste Durchmesser der Öffnung (10) dem Innendurchmesser eines in die Öffnung eingeführten Rohres (13) entspricht, durch welches das Wärmetauschermedium in den Wärmetauscher eingeleitet oder aus ihm abgeleitet werden kann.
- Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung (10) auf der vom Wärmetauscher beabstandeten Seite, benachbart zur Stufe (10") mit dem kleinsten Innendurchmesser eine Stufe (10"') mit einem Durchmesser aufweist, der dem Außendurchmesser eines in die Öffnung eingeführten Rohres (13) entspricht, durch welches das Wärmetauschermedium in den Wärmetauscher eingeleitet oder aus ihm abgeleitet werden kann.
- Wärmetauscher nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sammelkasten (2) aus zwei entlang ihrer Längsseiten zusammengesetzten und miteinander verbundenen Elementen gebildet ist.
- Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das wärmetauscherseitige Element im Bereich seiner Innenfläche über seine beiden Längsseiten mit einem Bereich der Außenfläche des vom Wärmetauscher beabstandeten Element über seine beiden Längsseiten verbunden ist.
- Wärmetauscher nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahme (11) des Deckels (7) entsprechend dem Querschnitt des Sammelkastens (2) ausgebildet ist.
- Wärmetauscher nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Sammelkasten (2) Öffnungen (8) zur Aufnahme von Rohren vorgesehen sind.
- Wärmetauscher nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (7) mindestens eine Befestigungsöffnung aufweist.
- Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsöffnung eine Montageöffnung (14) zur Befestigung eines in die Öffnung (10) eingeführten Rohres (13) ist, durch welches das Wärmetauschermedium in den Wärmetauscher eingeleitet oder aus ihm abgeleitet werden kann.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Klimaanlage gekennzeichnet durch einen Verdampfer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12.
