Claims (10)
- Verfahren zum Entlüften einer Kreiselpumpe, insbesondere im Wasserkreislauf einer Heizungsanlage oder eines Warmwasser erzeugenden Boilers, wobei die Pumpe vorzugsweise direkt im oder am Ein- oder Auslass eines Heizkörpers angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Befreien des Laufrades und/oder des das Laufrad umgebenden Raumes von Luft, die Pumpendrehzahl von der Normaldrehzahl insbesondere kurzzeitig auf eine solch niedrige Drehzahl heruntergesteuert wird, dass sich die Luft vom Laufrad trennt und aus dem Laufradraum austritt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pumpendrehzahl mehrfach hintereinander von der Normaldrehzahl auf eine niedrige Drehzahl heruntergesteuert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die niedrige Drehzahl 5 % bis 50 % der maximalen Drehzahl beträgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pumpe im kurzzeitigen Wechsel ein- und ausgeschaltet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausschaltzeiten 0,5 bis 15 Sekunden betragen und die dazwischen liegenden Einschaltzeiten 1 bis 15 Sekunden betragen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anzahl des Herunterfahrens, insbesondere des Ausschaltens 2 bis 50 betragen.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Erkennen einer Luftmenge im Laufradraum die Leistungsaufnahme, der Strom, die Spannung, der Winkel cos ϕ des Motors des Pumpenmotors, die Drehzahl der Pumpe, die Flüssigkeitstemperatur hinter der Pumpe, der Flüssigkeitsdruck hinter der Pumpe, der Flüssigkeitsdruck vor der Pumpe und/oder der Differenzdruck über der Pumpe gemessen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach dem Erkennen einer Luftmenge in der Pumpe die Pumpensteuerung die Drehzahl selbsttätig herunter fährt und nach dem Entlüftungszeitraum wieder herauf fährt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Luft über eine selbsttätige Entlüftungsvorrichtung die Pumpe verlässt.
- Anwendung des Verfahrens nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche bei Pumpen mit einer hydraulischen Leistung von 0,001 bis 40 W.
