Somit wird das Klebeband auf seiner gesamten Länge sauber an die laufende Materialbahn angeklebt, und die Klebestellen halten den auftretenden Zugbeanspruchungen stand. Beschädigungen der Materialbahnen sowie Produktionsausfälle werden vermieden. Weil der Sensor in der Vorrichtung zum Aufbringen des Klebebandes auf die Materialbahn der einzuwechselnden Vorratsrolle eingebaut ist und dabei vorteilhaft die Drehbewegung der Vorratsrolle während des Aufbringens des Klebebandes für das Erfassen des Radius der Vorratsrolle ausnutzt, sind keine zusätzlichen Messstationen für das Erfassen des Radius notwendig. Claims (21)
- Apparatus by means of which a material web wound into a supply roll (01) is prepared for a flying roll change, having a bearing for supporting and rotating the supply roll (01) about a longitudinal axis (16), wherein at least one sensor (09; 11) is provided for sensing a radius of the supply roll (01) during the rotary movement thereof, characterized in that a plurality of radius-sensing sensors (09; 11) are arranged in the direction of the longitudinal axis (16) of the supply roll (01).
