Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for the variable production of a printed product by cryogenic separation of air according to the preamble of the claim 1 and a corresponding device according to the preamble of the claim 10th
- the distillation column system of the invention can be used as a single column system for nitrogen-oxygen separation be formed as a two-pillar system (for example as classic Linde double column system), or as a three- or multi-column system. It may be additional to the columns for nitrogen-oxygen separation Devices for obtaining other air components, in particular of noble gases have, for example, an argon recovery.
- the invention relates to internal compaction processes.
- At least one of the products for example, nitrogen from high-pressure column or oxygen out Low-pressure column of a two-column system
- liquid from one of the columns of the Distillation column system or from one connected to one of these columns Capacitor removed, in the liquid state to an increased product pressure brought in indirect heat exchange with a heat transfer fluid (for example Feed air or nitrogen) evaporates or (at supercritical pressure) pseudo-evaporated and finally recovered as gaseous pressure product.
- a heat transfer fluid for example Feed air or nitrogen
- the gaseous print product can then, if necessary, a further pressure increase beyond the internal compression pressure (here called "product pressure”) subject become.
- the invention is based on the object in an economically particularly favorable manner To gain pressure oxygen with variable pressure.
- the inventive method a total of three in principle have different modes of operation, wherein in a third mode of operation both the first and second liquid product streams in indirect Heat exchange with the heat transfer fluid to be evaporated.
- the first and second booster can be independent be driven by each other. In many cases, however, it is favorable if the first and the second after-compressor having a common drive.
- the two compressors can pass through different stages of a multi-stage Compressor are formed, for example, a deduction at an intermediate stage having.
- the first mode of operation especially if no or virtually no gaseous Print product is produced under the higher pressure, it is advantageous if on the dispensed further recompression of the heat transfer fluid and thus Compression energy is saved.
- the heat transfer fluid via a lockable Bypass is passed past the second booster. If the first and the second boosters have a common drive, turn the second booster corresponding (n) compressor stage (s) with, but are by Shut off the pressure and suction lines. The blocked stage (s) run evacuated in the bypass, but cause by appropriate Vane adjustment no or no significant pressure increase.
- Claim 3 is preferably the second after-compressor with respect to the first Operating mode increased load operated. Additionally or alternatively, the first After-compressor with reduced compared to the first mode of operation reduced load become. This results in a particularly energetically favorable operation of the two Boosters.
- a second part of the process stream downstream of the first Reciprocating be relaxed in a relaxation machine work.
- the work-performing relaxed stream is preferably in a separation column of the Destarriulen system initiated, for example, in the high-pressure column or the Low-pressure column of a two-column system. That way, the first one becomes Recuperator used simultaneously for internal compression and cooling.
- the second part of the process stream can be between the first booster and Relaxation machine can be further compressed in a third booster, the is driven in particular by the expansion machine.
- the heat transfer fluid can through a part of the feed air be formed.
- the feed air in one Main air compressor is compressed to a pre-pressure, which is lower than the first pressure and then at least part of the air compressed to the admission pressure Process stream is introduced into the first booster.
- the invention relates to a device for the variable production of a printed product by cryogenic separation of air according to claim 10.
- atmospheric air 1 in a main air compressor 2 is compressed to a pre-pressure of, for example, 5 to 6 bar and purified under approximately this pressure ( FIG . 3).
- the entire purified feed air 4 is supplied as a "process stream" to a first secondary compressor 5 and further compressed there to a first pressure of, for example, 30 bar.
- the total air 6 is branched into a first partial flow 8 and into a second partial flow 9.
- the first partial flow 8 forms the "heat transfer fluid". He will be in a second After-compressor 10 further compressed to a second pressure of for example 50 bar and supplied under this pressure to the warm end of a main heat exchanger 12 (11). In the main heat exchanger 12 it is cooled and - if the pressure subcritical is - liquefied and then flows through line 13 of the high pressure column and / or Low-pressure column of a distillation column system designed as a two-column system to (not shown).
- the first liquid product stream 20 is in a valve 22 to a first Product pressure throttled, for example, 10 bar, flows via line 23 to the cold End of the main heat exchanger 12 and occurs there under about the first product pressure in indirect heat exchange with the high-pressure air 11, causing it to evaporate or pseudo-evaporated and warmed to about ambient temperature becomes.
- the generated oxygen gas forms the first part of the gaseous Printed product.
- the second liquid product stream 21 is not throttled but flows under the higher second product pressure in the main heat exchanger 12, where he also evaporated in indirect heat exchange with the high pressure air 11 or pseudo-evaporated and warmed to about ambient temperature becomes. It then forms the second part 25 of the gaseous printed product.
- gaseous product and / or residual streams in the Main heat exchanger 12 are warmed up.
- gaseous product and / or residual streams in the Main heat exchanger 12 are warmed up.
- the embodiment is according to a nitrogen-rich residual stream 26/27 shown.
- the pressure increase in the liquid state may alternatively to the restriction 22 through several pumps or a multi-stage pump with outlet under intermediate pressure be carried out (see, for example, DE 10213212 A1).
- Figure 1 relates to a "third mode of operation” in which a portion 25 of the oxygen product below the second, higher product pressure is won.
- a “first mode of operation” in the exclusively printed product 24 is released under the first, lower product pressure, the Heat transfer fluid via line 8 'guided past the second booster 10; Line 8 is doing upstream and downstream of the booster 10th locked off (not shown).
- the system can also be operated in a "second mode" in which the entire print product is produced under the higher second product pressure.
- FIG. 2 differs from FIG. 1 in that the second after-compressor 10 a separate drive (in the example: engine), and thus independent of the first booster is operable. He can do so in the "first mode” completely shaded (load 0%) by the heat transfer fluid through the Bypass line 8 'flows.
- FIG. 1 the description of FIG. 1 also applies to FIG.
- the methods of the embodiments are accessible to further modifications.
- the first and / or the second product pressure depending on the needs of the consumer can also be varied during operation.
- Variation of throughput and pressure ratio of the two booster 5, 10 can this can be done in a particularly energetic way.
- the machines are powered by motors, in particular electric motors driven.
- motors in particular electric motors driven.
- other types of drives such as steam turbines or gas turbines are used. Details like that Aftercooling of the individual compressor stages or the pre-cooling of the air before the Cleaning 3 are not shown in the simplified drawings.
- a system according to the invention can also be realized without the turbine stream 9 be used in conjunction with a nitrogen turbine instead of the Air turbine 15. Also differing from the embodiments circuit an air turbine is possible; For example, the turbine air before the first After-compressor 5, after the second booster 10 or from a Intermediate stage of one of the two booster 5, 10 are deducted.
Abstract
