Claims (10)
- Dispositif de protection de rampe d'alimentation de carburant (11) de moteur à combustion contre les chocs, caractérisé en se qu'il se compose d'un ensemble (1, 2) déformable par écrasement fixé sur la culasse (7) du moteur, et d'une béquille de renforcement (4) fixée d'une part sur cet ensemble déformable, et d'autre part sur le carter cylindre (8) du moteur.
- Dispositif de protection selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins une colonnette (2) s'écrasant progressivement en cas de choc.
- Dispositif de protection selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les colonnettes (2) sont orientées dans la direction des vis de fixation (10) du répartiteur d'admission (9) sur la culasse (7).
- Dispositif de protection selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que les colonnettes (2) sont fixées sur une tôle (1) disposée en avant de la rampe d'alimentation (11) par rapport aux chocs frontaux .
- Dispositif de protection selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que la tôle (1) est vissée sur la culasse (7).
- Dispositif de protection selon la revendication 3, 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce qu'un léger jeu entre l'extrémité des colonnettes (2) et les vis de fixation (10) du répartiteur d'admission (9) est prévu au montage.
- Dispositif de protection selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la béquille (4) est vissée sur la tôle de protection (1) et sur le carter cylindre (8).
- Dispositif de protection selon l'une des revendications 4 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les colonnettes (2) sont soudées sur la tôle de protection (1).
- Dispositif de protection selon l'une des revendications 2 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la rigidité des colonnettes (2) est renforcée par des renforts (3), vissés à la fois sur les colonnettes (2), et sur la tôle (1).
- Dispositif de protection, selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il encapsule la rampe d'alimentation de carburant (11) sur la face d'admission du moteur.
