Claims (15)
- Presse, Stanz- oder Umformautomat mit einem Gestell, das ein Gestelloberteil, ein Gestellunterteil sowie das Gestelloberteil am Gestellunterteil abstützende Ständer aufweist, wobei das Gestellunterteil eine Aufspannplatte umfaßt und das Gestelloberteil eine drehend antreibbare Exzenterwelle aufnimmt, die über mindestens eine Schubeinrichtung mit einem relativ zur Aufspannplatte hin- und herbewegbaren Stößel gekoppelt ist, der mittels Führungselemente in vertikaler Richtung verschiebbar am Gestell gehalten ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mindestens eine Schubeinrichtung (22, 23) in vertikaler Richtung verschiebbar am Gestelloberteil (15) gelagert ist.
- Presse, Stanz- oder Umformautomat nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungselemente Führungssäulen (25) umfassen, die in Führungslagern (27, 28) verschiebbar gelagert sind.
- Presse, Stanz- oder Umformautomat nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungssäulen (25) am Stößel (20) festgelegt sind und daß die Führungslager (27, 28) am Gestell (12) gehalten sind.
- Presse, Stanz- oder Umformautomat nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungssäulen (25) jeweils mittels einer ersten Gleit- oder Wälzführung (27) oberhalb einer Bandlaufebene (30) und mittels einer zweiten Gleit- oder Wälzführung (28) unterhalb einer Bandiaufebene (30) verschiebbar gelagert sind.
- Presse, Stanz- oder Umformautomat nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Presse bzw. der Stanz- oder Umformautomat (10) zwei im Abstand zueinander angeordnete Schubeinrichtungen (22, 23) aufweist.
- Presse, Stanz- oder Umformautomat nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mindestens eine Schubeinrichtung (22, 23) ein drehbar an der Exzenterwelle (18) gehaltenes Pleuel (36, 37) aufweist sowie eine mit dem Stößel (20) verbundene Schubmechanik (39, 40), wobei das Pleuel (36, 37) mit der Schubmechanik (39, 40) gelenkig verbunden ist und die Schubmechanik (39, 40) mittels einer Führungseinrichtung (61) in vertikaler Richtung verschiebbar am Gestelloberteil (15) gelagert ist.
- Presse, Stanz- oder Umformautomat nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungseinrichtung eine in vertikaler Richtung unverschieblich am Gestelloberteil (15) gehaltene Führungsbuchse (61) aufweist, in der die Schubmechanik (39, 40) verschiebbar gelagert ist.
- Presse, Stanz- oder Umformautomat nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schubmechanik (39, 40) eine am Stößel (20) gehaltene Schubstange (47) umfaßt, die mittels der Führungseinrichtung (61) am Gestelloberteil (15) verschiebbar gelagert ist.
- Presse, Stanz- oder Umformautomat nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Presse bzw. der Stanz- oder Umformautomat (10) zur Verstellung der effektiven Länge der Schubeinrichtung (22, 23) während des laufenden Betriebs der Presse bzw. des Stanz- oder Umformautomaten (10) eine Verstelleinrichtung (61, 64) aufweist, die am Gestell (12) angeordnet ist.
- Presse, Stanz- oder Umformautomat nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mindestens eine Schubeinrichtung (22, 23) ein drehbar an der Exzenterwelle (18) gehaltenes Pleuel (36, 37) aufweist sowie eine an das Pleuel (36, 37) angelenkte erste Schubstange und eine mit dem Stößel (20) verbundene zweite Schubstange (47), wobei die beiden Schubstangen (42, 47) mittels der Verstelleinrichtung (61, 64) in vertikaler Richtung relativ zueinander versetzbar sind.
- Presse, Stanz- oder Umformautomat nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Schubstangen (42, 47) über ein Gewinde miteinander verbunden sind, wobei eine Schubstange (47) mittels der Verstelleinrichtung (61, 64) relativ zur anderen Schubstange (42) um die Gewindeachse drehbar ist.
- Presse, Stanz- oder Umformautomat nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Schubstange (47) drehfest und längsverschieblich in einer mittels der Verstellvorrichtung (61, 64) um eine vertikale Drehachse (59) drehbaren Führungsbuchse (61) gelagert ist.
- Presse, Stanz- oder Umformautomat nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstelleinrichtung eine drehend antreibbare, am Gestell (12) drehbar gelagerte Schnecke (64) aufweist, die mit einer Außenverzahnung (62) der Führungsbuchse (61) kämmt.
- Presse, Stanz- oder Umformautomat nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Schubstange (47) um eine vertikale Drehachse (59) drehbar am Stößel (20) gehalten ist.
- Presse, Stanz- oder Umformautomat nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Schubstange eine Gewindespindel (42) ausbildet, die in eine Bohrung (46) der zweiten Schubstange (47) eingeschraubt ist.
