  • a control guide member 18 for restricting a gyrating movement of the nozzle is provided, which is formed trumpet shape having a large diameter.
  • the Control guide member is made of plastics materials.
  • a front opening edge of the control guide member 18 is projecting from the top end of the nozzle 6. And it makes the nozzle 6 to rotate a gyrating movement along an inside surface of it. Thus, a rotation movement is restricted in certain range in diameter direction and gas is spouted along the front opening edge 18a of the control guide 18.
  • An air compressor is used for the pressure air-supplying source 2 which is connected with for gun body 4 by means of supply pipe 19.
  • Gun body 4 makes pressure air to send into the passing route 7 of the connecting member 5 from the pressure air-supplying source 2 when a lever for trigger 20 of the gun body 4 is pulled.
  • Pressure air sent into the passing route 7 invades to the flowing path 15 of the outer nozzle 13 by way of the penetration hole 12 from the passing route 7.
  • the route between the supply pipe 19 and the passing route 7 and the route between the penetration hole and the flowing path 15 of the outer nozzle 13 are maintained a connecting condition. And when the trigger 20 is returned, the route between the supply pipe 19 and the passing route 7 is blocked.
  • Detergent liquid receptacle 3 is attached to an adequate portion of the upper stream of the opening and shutting valve operation member 9 which was connected with the said connection hole 8 of the connecting member 5, being free in the attaching or removing.

  • the front portion of the nozzle rotates in a regular gyrating movement along the inside of regulation guide 18.
  • the balancer 17 installed around the outside of the outer nozzle 13 makes a gyrating movement of the nozzle become stable.
  • detergent liquid rides on air spouting from outer nozzle 13 and is spread like a fog in the mixing condition with air.
  • the outer nozzle 13 and the inner nozzle 14 spout out air or detergent liquid while they act the gyrating movement. Therefore, the mixing fluid of air and detergent liquid is spouted out in a whirlpool flowing with amplified force and collide with the surface to be washed in rubbing condition.
  • the gyrating movement of the nozzle 6 is limited with the regulation guide 18 in a constant range. Also, the movement of the nozzle 6 adds the centrifugal force to the spouting power of the mixing fluid of air and detergent liquid.
  • the spout flow from the nozzle acting a gyrating movement can gain a strong wash power compared with the spout flow from a fixed nozzle, which is only spout out to a front direction in the figure of straight line.
  • Such a whirlpool flowing only of air is effective to blow and to remove dust as the pre- processing of a wash and light adhesion one. Also, it is useful for the dry processing of the object after the blowing of detergent liquid and the applying for paint, too.
  • Fig. 3 is the part section schematic that shows the fluid spout apparatus for another embodiment of this invention.
