Definitions
- the invention relates to the production of biodegrading packaging material, especially for the transfer and fertilization with artificial fertilizer of seedlings, during which a dough is made from flour, water and additives, a dough is made from the dough by means of shaping and heat treatment, and on the A waterproof, disintegrating layer is applied to the outside and inside of the vessel.
- Patent specification EP 0 672 349 describes a packaging material which is produced from a dough pressed on cooling.
- the patent specification EP 0 512 589 presents a baked packaging material based on potatoes.
- the published patent application DE 4 009 408 discloses a packaging material for the baking industry based on cellulose and protein.
- the published patent application DE 4 221 018 sets out the manufacturing process for a shell baked from dough, which has been produced using alkaline liquid.
- the patent specification DE 239 143 describes the production of a bowl suitable for human consumption, which is made from dough baked in two stages and receives its final shape in a cooled state.
- the patent specification WO 97/00015 presents a thin-walled, crumbling packaging material baked from dough. The dough is treated with polyvinyl alcohol and zirconium salt before baking. Disadvantage of these solutions consists in the fact that they are not suitable for permanent packaging or for moving seedlings.
- the HU 206.510 patent represents a thin melt composition made from degraded starch and at least from a synthetic plastomer, e.g. Polyethylene, polyester, polyamide, etc. is made, and their production process. From the product using a technology for the production of plastics, for. B. injection molding, extrusion, etc. packaging materials are manufactured.
- the patent specification HU 211.430 discloses a plastic composition of degraded starch similar to the preceding one, or a packaging material that can be produced from this composition.
- the laid-open specification HU T-67.243 describes the manufacturing process of dismantled thin-walled molded parts based on starch.
- the starch-based raw material is baked and shaped together with the fatty acids, the plastic, filler and other additives.
- the patent DE 32 38 232 discloses a model or molding compound which contains an air-drying organic filler and plastic.
- the patent DE 195 17 905 discloses the method for producing vessels from a protein-containing, foamed material with reinforced fibers.
- the common disadvantage of the products made from the above materials is that they are essentially homogeneous substances that do not contain a layer that would make them suitable for permanent storage.
- HU T-61.925 describes a starch matrix-containing laminated film with low permeability and the process for its production is known.
- the film consists of two layers, the base layer of which contains starch and synthetic polymer, on which a hydrophobic second layer is applied.
- the packaging material after this solution from this laminated film therefore contains no further layer.
- the packaging material produced in this way is a thin film-like material, the second layer of which, which contacts the layer to be protected, must be the hydrophobic layer. Since it is a film, this material does not have its own hold and therefore only bag-like packaging material can be made from it. Since there are two layers, the hydrophobic layer can expediently only be on the inner surface and so the material is not protected from the outside.
- the thin material is also less resistant to mechanical influences. It is also disadvantageous that the base layer also contains plastic, which makes the dismantling time longer.
- the solution according to document WO 98/35885 and HU 217.347 is partly our own invention and contains an environmentally friendly packaging material for food.
- the disintegration time of the biodegrading vessel can be adjusted through the properties of the film surrounding it from the inside and outside. It cannot be used for fertilizing plants with artificial fertilizers or for introducing nutrients.
- the document HU 203.928 announces the process for the production of vessels for plant breeding.
- the vessel is made from decaying raw material by baking and then sprinkled with a plastic solution.
- the container is not suitable for purposeful fertilization of plants with artificial fertilizer.
- the aim of the invention is to eliminate the shortcomings of the previous solutions and to develop such an environmentally friendly, biodegrading packaging material which is suitable for the transfer of seedlings and which is used during the Composting gradually releases the necessary nutrients to the seedling, whereby the nutrients reach the individual seedlings safely.
- the basis of the idea of the invention is the recognition that if the seedling is placed in a biodegrading container and the container is used for a double function, the disintegration of the container leads to the step-by-step fertilization with artificial fertilizer, so that the nutrients forming the artificial fertilizer only get the necessary amount Quantity, but certainly to the individual seedlings and thus you can achieve a cheaper solution than before.
- the composition of the material of the vessel is designed according to the seedlings to be transferred.
- the invention solves the problem according to claim 1.
- the peculiarities of the individual types of processes are set out in the sub-items.
- the packaging material according to the invention has numerous advantages. It can be used for growing seedlings. It does not crumble to dust, it resists the earth and moisture from the outside. It is dimensionally stable and firm. The mechanical strength can be increased by means of grain straw. The disintegration time of the packaging material can be adjusted according to the requirements during production. The production process is simple and cheap. Baking in a microwave oven shortens the duration of production and reduces energy consumption by 20-50%.
- the displaced vessel - similar to drip irrigation - delivers the nutrients to the plant in a targeted manner, without human interference regardless of the weather. This reduces the chemical load on the soil and achieves a significant saving in energy and human labor.
- the seedlings receive just as much nutrients as they need and they will definitely reach the individual plants.
- Fig. 1 shows the vessel 1 which forms the tray, the outer layer 2 and inner layer 3 of which are made of film.
- outer layer 2 and inner layer 3 cover the vessel 1 like a film.
- outer layer 2 and inner layer 3, or one of the two, are made of wax.
- Fig. 2 shows vessel 1 and outer layer 2. Typical dimensions of the vessel 1 are 40 x 40 x 130 mm.
- the vessel 1 is first manufactured under a pressure above 10 bar and at a temperature of 180 ° C. using baking technology.
- Recommended composition of the dough 50-80% by mass (furthermore%) flour, 5-10% cereal straw, ground or in straws, 0.3-1.2% fats, maximum 1.5% corn starch, 0.4- 1.5% nitrogen-hydrogen carbonate, 0.3-1.2% egg yolk, 0.5-1.2% milk powder and 0.2-1.5% nutrient composition.
- the solid components are made up to 100% with at least 10% water.
- the flour is advantageous cereal flour: 2/3 part flour BB 55, 1/3 part fodder flour BL.
- the nutrient composition contains nitrogen, phosphorus, macro elements of potassium, as well as micro elements of zinc, magnesium, copper, boron and iron. When determining the amount of nutrient, the type of seedlings to be transferred z. B. peppers, tomatoes but also the condition of the soil.
- the nutrient composition for peppers and with the appropriate soil contains 0.5% nitrogen, 0.4% phosphorus and 0.4% potassium.
- the nutrient composition in tomatoes contains 0.3% nitrogen, 0, 15% phosphorus and 0.45% potassium.
- the ingredients are kneaded together and baked in a tool corresponding to the desired shape at a temperature of 160-180 ° C and a closing pressure of the baking tool of 10 bar.
- the vessel can also be made with a different composition, for example with wheat semolina.
- the flour can be made from any grain or grain.
- the vessel can also be colored.
- the kneaded mass is placed on an assembly line, the desired shape being produced with the belt running continuously. Afterwards the mold comes into a 1-8 m long tunnel furnace. In the tunnel oven, magnetrons arranged in semicircles in 200-400 mm segments ensure a homogeneous microwave space with a power of 400-1200 W. When using a microwave oven, the production time is shortened, the energy saving is 20-50%.
- the finished vessel 1 is then covered in a known manner with a plastic-containing layer. If necessary, the vessel can be labeled beforehand.
- the disintegration time of the material of the outer layer 2 and the inner layer 3 can be regulated.
- the material contains 40-85% starch, 3-10% cellulose, 2-8% protein.
- the disintegration time can be increased by reducing the thickness of the film or the film and / or by reducing the content of starch.
- Several technologies are known for applying the clothing.
- the clothing can be applied in the form of a solvent, in powder form, in the form of foil or sheets.
- the powder can be applied using a spray gun, from a swirling fluid bed or by melting.
- film we mean products that are made with a plastic manufacturing technology, primarily by extrusion or casting and rolling.
- film we mean a layer that is produced during the production of the packaging material.
- the outer layer 2 and inner layer 3 made of film and in particular the film material simultaneously improve the mechanical properties of the vessel 1.
- a 40-60 ⁇ m thick film is expediently placed on the outside and inside of the vessel 1, the air is sucked out between the vessel 1 and the film, then the film is fastened by pressing.
- a 20-40 ⁇ m thick film is sprinkled onto the vessel 1 in an electrostatic space by means of a spray gun, which film is then generally fixed in the oven at a temperature of 170-190 ° C.
- the waterproof outer layer 2 and inner layer 3 consist of a food wax, which is known per se, but has not hitherto been used for rigid-walled packaging materials.
- the wax layer also improves the mechanical properties of the vessel 1, but only by about 60-70% in comparison with the film.
- the wax is sprinkled in the molten state onto the inner or outer surface of the vessel 1 with a thickness of 1-3 ⁇ m.
- the outer layer 2 and the inner layer 3 are made of wax. In this case, the vessel 1 is dipped in the melted wax and the decaying waterproof layer is applied.
- the seedling When used, the seedling is put into the ground together with the container at the appropriate time. Depending on the thickness of the film or film and the starch content - biointegrated and composted, the container gradually releases the nutrients, macro and micro elements present in it, which are activated as a source of nutrients directly at the root formation and thus safely reach the seedling ,
- biodegrading packaging material can be produced, which can be used to add seedlings and fertilize them with artificial fertilizers.
