Abstract
Zur Erzielung einer unbehinderten Durchströmung von Prozessluft eines Abgasturboladers durch Rohres des Ladeluftkühlers sind die Rohre (4) kopfseitig (9) trichterförmig aufgeweitet, so dass sich ein Mündungsquerschnitt ohne Prallflächen ergibt. Des Weiteren sind die Luftein- und austrittskästen (8,8a) in einem Aufnahmerahmen (A1,A2,A3) gehalten, welcher die Rohre (4) kopfseitig zusammenhält. To achieve an unobstructed flow of process air of an exhaust gas turbocharger through the tube of the intercooler, the tubes (4) on the head side (9) are widened funnel-shaped, so that there is a mouth cross-section without baffles. Furthermore, the air inlet and outlet boxes (8, 8a) are held in a receiving frame (A1, A2, A3) which holds the tubes (4) together at the head end.
