Abstract

Der Dynamikbereich von Hörgeräten soll verbessert werden. Daher wird eine Kombination aus einem Silizium-Mikrofon (SM) und einem Elektretmikrofon (EM) für den Hörgeräteeingang eingesetzt. Damit können die tiefen Frequenzen von dem Silizium-Mikrofon (SM) und die hohen Frequenzen von dem Elektretmikrofon (EM) aufgenommen werden, um ein breitbandiges Hörgeräte-Eingangssignal zu erzeugen. Auf diese Weise lässt sich der Vorteil eines Silizium-Mikrofons ausnutzen, das bei niedrigen Frequenzen ein geringeres Eigenrauschen besitzt als ein herkömmliches Elektretmikrofon.

The dynamic range of hearing aids should be improved. Therefore, a combination of a silicon microphone (SM) and an electret microphone (EM) is used for the hearing aid input. Thus, the low frequencies of the silicon microphone (SM) and the high frequencies of the electret microphone (EM) can be recorded to produce a broadband hearing aid input signal. In this way, the advantage of a silicon microphone can be exploited, which has a lower self-noise at low frequencies than a conventional electret microphone.
