Claims (8)
- Actionneur de soupape pour commander une soupape d'échange de gaz d'un moteur à combustion interne comprenant un piston d'actionneur (2) en forme de manchon relié à la tige de soupape (5), au moins deux pièces en forme de coin et de coquille (6, 7) entourant une extrémité (5a) de la tige de soupape (5) et dont la surface périphérique, radiale, extérieure comporte un segment (10) en forme d'enveloppe conique se rétrécissant à mesure que l'on s'éloigne de la soupape d'échange de gaz (1), ce segment, entouré au moins en partie par un manchon de serrage de cône (13) et ayant une surface intérieure conique (12) correspondante, est relié au piston d'actionneur (2),
caractérisé en ce que
les pièces en forme de coin (6, 7) sont reliées axialement en rotation par une liaison par la forme, à un goujon fileté (41),
le goujon fileté (41) ayant au moins un segment fileté (31) permettant de serrer axialement les pièces en forme de coins (6, 7) et le manchon de serrage de cône (13). - Actionneur de soupape selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
les pièces en forme de coin (6, 7) s'étendent dans le prolongement axial de la tige de soupape (5) au-delà de l'extrémité (5a) de la tige en y entourant le goujon fileté (41), au moins en partie axialement, par une liaison par la forme. - Actionneur de soupape selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
caractérisé en ce que
le manchon de serrage de cône (13) est formé par le piston d'actionneur (2) et le segment fileté (31) est en prise, au moins en partie, avec un filetage correspondant (39) du piston d'actionneur (2). - Actionneur de soupape selon la revendication 3,
caractérisé en ce que
le segment fileté (31) s'étend dans la direction axiale sur la périphérie extérieure du goujon fileté (41). - Actionneur de soupape selon la revendication 4,
caractérisé en ce que
la périphérie extérieure du goujon fileté (41) comporte au moins une partie en saillie radiale (42) pénétrant radialement dans au moins une cavité radiale (43) d'une surface intérieure de la pièce en forme de coin (6,7). - Actionneur de soupape selon la revendication 5,
caractérisé en ce qu'
au moins une cavité radiale (43) ou au moins une partie en saillie radiale (42) s'étend en périphérie suivant une forme annulaire. - Actionneur de soupape selon la revendication 6,
caractérisé en ce qu'
au moins une cavité (43) du goujon fileté (41) se trouve dans la région de son extrémité (41a) tournée vers la tige de soupape (5), et
le segment fileté (31) se situe dans la direction axiale de la soupape d'échange de gaz (1), derrière l'extrémité de tige (5a). - Actionneur de soupape selon la revendication 7,
caractérisé en ce que
le goujon fileté (41) comporte en tout trois cavités périphériques (43) dans lesquelles pénètrent respectivement trois parties en saillie (42) correspondantes, des pièces en forme de coin (6, 7).
