The present invention is based on the object thermally insulating component of the generic type create, its manufacture and use in the formwork easier and less expensive.
This object is achieved by a thermally insulating component

The inventive arrangement is extremely favorable Temperature mobility between the building parts given. Despite the simple design of the pressure and thrust bearing can Transverse force rods which run obliquely through the insulating body, omitted.
According to a preferred embodiment, the camp for Recording of pressure and shear forces from an enveloping body with a filling. Preferably, the enveloping body is tubular, in particular, a shape as a flat tube into consideration to draw is. According to an alternative embodiment the enveloping body can also consist of at least one shell. If only one shell is provided, then this is accordingly deeply formed to the necessary volume for the Filling from the pourable or sprayable hardenable material to accomplish.
It may also be appropriate that the envelope body of two Shells, each provided separately with a filling are and with their respective open sides against each other are joined. In this case, it is advantageous that the shells have a shape on the open sides respectively is formed mirror image. This results in the composition the respective halves not just one on all sides closed form of the envelope, but it will too Installation error in the insulating body avoided because the top edge and Lower edge of the bearing are formed in the same way.
Suitable materials for the envelope are both Plastics as well as stainless steel into consideration. When used Of sheet steel, the envelope is preferably as a deep-drawn part manufactured and has a sheet thickness of approx. 0.5 mm. The envelope is expediently with a Fiber cement poured out, alternatively, however, can the Covering also be filled with a plastic.
In a preferred embodiment is at each end of the camp a projection in the direction of the load-bearing Structural parts molded, i. the projection runs transversely to the Longitudinal direction of the insulating body. These projections are related on the transverse to the longitudinal direction of the insulating body extending surface of the bearing, diametrically on this surface molded, so that a projection on the upper edge of the bearing and the other protrusion are located at the lower edge of the bearing. It is advantageous that the measure of the camp over his Length minus the projections at least approximately the width of the insulating body corresponds, so that the projections on the Width of the insulating protrude. The stock can however also have a length such that the formed at the camp Narrow sides protrude from the contour of the insulating body.
In a preferred embodiment, the projections of a Extension of the upper edge and lower edge of the bearing and off formed an arcuate transition to the front side and have at the outer end a rounding off. Especially cheap Properties regarding temperature mobility are achieved if the flat tube has rounded narrow sides. Around the bearings in the production of the thermally insulating component it is exactly to position and hold advantageous that the bearing with at least one longitudinal direction the insulating body extending opening is provided for receiving a positioning bar, a rod or like that serves.

In Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a thermal

In the
die Breite B der unteren Schicht 4.In Fig. 2 is an enlarged view of a detail

6 in Fig. 2 bildet.
In Figs. 3, 4 and 5 are different views of an enveloping

Fig. 7 den mit einer Füllung 11 ausgefüllten Hüllkörper 10,
In FIGS. 6 and 7, the enveloping body is in each case in
hergestellt.FIG. 8 shows an enveloping
Rundung aufweist. An alternative embodiment of a
Another alternative design of a pressure and thrust bearing
is shown in Fig. 12, which is a
