Abstract
Description
- De invention relates to a device with vertically moveable closure poles which serve to make certain parking places or road parts for vehicles, such as motorcars, inaccessible. To this end poles are used, which can descend in a vertical casing that is present in the ground.
Making a closure of a ground with a number of poles is complicated and expensive. - The object of the invention is removing this objection.
- According to the invention this object is reached, in that the poles are mutually connected underground by horizontal casings, in which casings the operating members for the poles are housed. Preferably the poles are activated hydraulically or otherwise, such as mechanically.
- By means of flanges the horizontal casings of the connection channels are connected mutually and with the pit for the hydraulic facilities.
- The invention provides a closure system with which with as much as possible standard elements, which can be coupled by means of flanges or otherwise, such as by welding or screwing, variable embodiments are possible.
- By the facility for removing leaking water and the water tight flange connections the use is possible in places with a high ground water level.
- By the application of the horizontal underground casings ducts and electrical connections are protected. The mutual distance of the closure poles is well guaranteed and the underground casings offer extra stability.
- The invention is now elucidated referring to a drawing.
- Fig. 1 shows a cross section of four poles with a pit.
- Fig. 2 shows the poles in the extended position.
- Fig. 3 shows the guiding of the pole with the connection to a cylinder rod.
-
- Fig. 1 shows the poles indicated with (1). The poles (1) are vertically moveable in casing (2). The casings (2) are connected by horizontal casings (3), which are watertight connected mutually or with a pit (4). The casing (2) together with the horizontal casing (3) forms a standard element which can at will be connected with other standard elements. The pit (4) extends into the street part (5) that lies into the road surface (6), or in the ground level lying nearby. In the pit (4) a hydraulic unit is present, comprising a pump (7) having an electrical engine (8) and provided with control slides for the hydraulic operation of the poles (1).
- In the pit (4) a provision is present for removing leaking water (9) which either comprises an electrical pump or a connection to the sewage system.
- Fig. 2 shows the cylinder (10) having a cylinder rod (11). The poles (1) are guided by guiding strips (12). With interrupted lines (13) the position of the pole (1) in the sunken position is shown.
- Fig. 3 shows details of the pole structure. The cylinder rod (11) is provided with a cross piece (14) having cut holes (15). In these hole (15) fit dowels (16). In the pole (1) reinforcement pieces (17) are welded, which are provided with radial holes in which the heads of the hard steel dowels (16) fit. The assembly is covered by a reflecting plate (19). By removing the dowels (16) the pole (1) can be drawn from the casing (2). This system forms a security against the unauthorized dissembling of the pole.
- The poles (1) can be activated by a remote control (infrared), several types of cards, mobile telephone, coin operation etc.
- The poles (1) can be made with a square, rectangular or round cross section. Also the weight of the structure can be adapted to the object, such as anti-burglary or anti-ramming burglary pole.
- Also there are variations possible having lightning or reflection.
- The level of the poles (1, 2) can be set to adapt for unevenness in the level of the ground, by adaptation of the connection cases (3). This adaptation is possible for instance with (not shown) slot holes for the connection bolts in the flanges.
