Claims (10)

  1. Machine pour nettoyage de gros boulons, dans laquelle chaque boulon est placé dans une boîte de nettoyage (5) pour rotation et brossage par le biais d'un dispositif de nettoyage (14), caractérisé parce qu'il comprend également :
    - un châssis (1) ;
    - une articulation entre le châssis (1) et la boîte de nettoyage (5) ;
    - des moyens d'inclinaison (28-31) de la boîte de la position de réception du boulon à la position horizontale de travail et vice-versa ; et
    - un profil de came (16) sur l'un des côtés de la boîte de nettoyage (5) qui coïncide avec la section longitudinale du boulon, de telle façon que le dispositif de nettoyage (14) situé sur cette came (16) maintient une distance égale par rapport à ce boulon.
  2. Machine, selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le châssis (1) est composé d'une base de structure est résistante qui d'un côté (4) forme un trou où se loge une partie de la boîte de nettoyage dans le lieu de transit de la boîte, entre la partie verticale et la partie horizontale, qui est susceptible de faire contrepoids avec la position verticale de la boîte (5) portant un boulon.
  3. Machine, selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la boîte de nettoyage (5) est constituée d'une boîte à proprement parler qui comprend des rouleaux (11, 12) d'appui pour le boulon, et au moins un moteur pour entrée (39-41) et sortie (42, 43) d'air, et un couvercle de fermeture (7).
  4. Machine, selon n'importe laquelle des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que les rouleaux (11, 12) de la boîte de nettoyage tournent par action d'au moins un moteur et déterminent par cette rotation celle du boulon reposant sur eux.
  5. Machine, selon n'importe laquelle des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le couvercle (7) est doté de fenêtres (17) ou de moyens de visualisation du processus interne de nettoyage.
  6. Machine, selon n'importe laquelle des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que l'entrée d'air dans la boîte (5) est dotée d'une valve anti-retour (39-41).
  7. Machine, selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la sortie (42) d'air de la boîte (5) est dotée d'un branchement sur un tuyau d'arrosage (43) et celui-ci sur un aspirateur (44) doté d'un filtre (45).
  8. Machine, selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la boîte de nettoyage (5), est pourvue d'un dispositif d'inclinaison fonctionnant au moyen de pistons hydrauliques (29 et 36).
  9. Machine, selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle dispose d'une plateforme de surveillance du travail reliée au châssis.
  10. Méthode pour le nettoyage de boulons au moyen de la machine décrite dans les revendications 1 à 9, qui comprend un système de réception et de sortie du boulon, caractérisée en ce que la boîte de nettoyage (5) est dans une position proche à la position verticale, avec une inclinaison préférentielle de 5° par rapport à cette verticalité, après quoi on procède à l'inclinaison de la boîte vers la position horizontale, dans cette position, on actionne les dispositifs de nettoyage sous la supervision de l'ouvrier à travers des fenêtres de surveillance (17) pendant qu'il se produit une aspiration de l'air intérieur qui est remplacé par de l'air frais, en même temps que l'air extrait est convenablement filtré, et pendant qu'a lieu le nettoyage au moyen de brosses (14) qui agissent tout au long du boulon qui est tourné pendant l'opération, ces brosses étant déplacées tout au long du boulon en suivant un profil de la came (16) correspondant à la forme du boulon en question.
