  2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that an abutment (37) is provided on which the guide (25) abuts in the guiding position.
  3. Device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the guide is in the form of a swing lever (25).
  4. Device according to claim 3, characterized in that the swing lever (25) is pivotally connected underneath of the sprocket wheel (19).
  5. Device according to one of the claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the biasing element is a magnet (27).
  6. Device according to claim 5, characterized in that the magnet (27) is located on the guide (25) and in that the abutment (37) consists of ferromagnetic material.

  12. Embroidery machine according to claim 11, characterized in that the drive of the shaft (17) takes place in the middle thereof.
  13. Embroidery machine according to claim 11 or 12, characterized in that the separating device comprises a stationary knife edge (43) and a movable cutting plate (45).
  14. Embroidery machine according to claim 13, characterized in that the movable cutting plate (45) is located on the needle rod (47).
