  7. A device for presenting and cooking food products according to claim 6, characterised in that the opening/closing means (20) comprise two foldable flaps (46, 48) each provided with a lug (50, 52).
  8. A device for presenting and cooking food products according to claim 6 or 7, characterised in that the compensation zone (16) and the opening/closing means (20) are produced in a single piece from a material having a certain rigidity like a cardboard material.
  9. A device for presenting and cooking food products according any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that it comprises a tray (62) attached in the base (14).
  10. A device for presenting and cooking food products according to claim 9, characterised in that the tray (62) produced from a folded blank (64) comprises a metallisation sheet (66) not covering the areas of the blank put in contact with each other because of the folding.
  11. A device for presenting and cooking food products according to claim 9 or 10, characterised in that the tray comprises, at its lateral walls, extensions (76) able to cover part or all of the internal walls of the box (10).
  12. A device for presenting and cooking food products according to any one of claims 9 to 11, characterised in that the tray comprises an element forming a cover in order to isolate the food products, either in the form of a film, or in the form of a covering sheet (78) made from cardboard or semi-rigid material, connected to the side walls of the carton (62) by means of a weld or adhesive, preferably hot-melt.
