Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a lockable Battery disconnect switch with a first electrical Drive means for closing the battery disconnect switch opened state of the battery breaker and a second one electric drive means for unlocking the Battery disconnector with closed state of Battery disconnect switch.
Such a battery disconnector is known from the patent with the publication number DE 199 11 128 C1. Of the Battery disconnector disclosed in this document is in a normal state and is closed by the second electric drive means, for example, by a Short-circuit sensor or a crash sensor is driven, open. To close the battery disconnect switch is a Contact spring designated contact element with a first Drive means serving electric motor tensioned. Of the Electric motor biases to close the battery disconnect switch the contact spring with the interposition of a slider and an actuating cam to the rotational movement of the electric motor to translate into a linear movement for tensioning the spring.
The construction of the battery disconnector, as he from the mentioned document is known in particular in View of the first drive and the first drive connected mechanism for closing the battery disconnect switch consuming and therefore not inexpensive.
The invention is therefore based on the object, a Battery disconnector of the type mentioned so too improve that construction easier and less is expensive.
This object is achieved in that the first drive means is a first solenoid. This Electromagnet performs a lifting movement when switched on, which immediately to close the battery breaker can be used. The implementation of the rotational movement of a Electric motor with the help of a mechanism is thus in the Battery disconnector according to the invention not necessary. When Drive means can be used a commercial solenoid become.
According to the invention, the battery disconnect switch Have locking element, which by switching of the first drive means for changing from the opened state in the closed state independently the Battery disconnector in the then reached closed state locked. To unlock the battery disconnect switch acts on the other hand, the first drive means on the locking element one. The locking element can advantageously be a spring be.
An inventive battery disconnector can according to the Invention have a Öffnerelement, which by a Switching on the second drive means to change from closed state in the open state automatically Battery disconnector opens. The Öffnerelement can according to the invention advantageously be a spring.
A battery disconnector according to the invention can be a first Connection element for connecting the battery disconnect switch a battery and a second connection element for connection of the battery disconnect switch to a load circuit. The battery disconnector advantageously further comprises a Contact means for electrical connection of the first Connection element with the second connection element. The Contact means of a battery disconnector according to the invention can be firmly connected to one of the connection elements. But it is also possible that the contact means a Contact bridge covers which in the closed state both connection elements of the battery disconnect switch with each other combines.
The contact bridge can be used for electrical connection with the Connection elements a contact surface of a flow contact (Flow contact surface) and a contact surface of a Main contact (main contact surface), wherein first when closing the battery disconnect switch Vorlaufkontaktflächen rest on the connection element and only after the electrical connection between the Contact surfaces of the flow contacts and the connection elements is made, the contact surfaces of the main contacts in Contact with the connection elements come. The reverse is true When opening advantageous so that before the contact surfaces of the Main contacts disconnect from the connection elements that Contact surfaces of the flow contacts in contact with the Connecting elements come. By an embodiment of the Contact bridge with contact surfaces of a flow contact and Contact surfaces of a main contact is achieved by a Arc, possibly at an approximation of the Contact bridge to the connection elements or a release of the Contact bridge of the connection elements arises, between the Contact surfaces of the flow contact and the connection element and not between the contact surfaces of the main contact and the Contact element occur what the contact surfaces of the Main contacts spares and, for example, the increase of Contact resistance, for example by oxidation or Corrosion reduced.
An inventive battery disconnector can so be configured that at least when closed the Opener element exerts a force on the contact means. By this in the closed state resistant to the contact agent applied force can contact the contact element immediately after release the unlocking of the connection elements, without that special funds must be provided.
At least in the open state, the locking element a battery disconnect switch according to the invention at least indirectly exert a force on the contact means. Through this In the open state, the constant acting force can Locking element immediately after closing the Switch the battery disconnector in the closed state lock without the need for special resources have to. The contact means may comprise a contact element, which is, for example, the already mentioned contact bridge. The contact means may also include a balance spring and a Include support element. The balance spring is supported on the support member and presses the contact element, the is mounted movably relative to the support element, against the Connection elements of the battery disconnect switch, so that in switched state of the battery breaker through the Balancing spring a permanent contact between the Contact element and the connection elements is guaranteed and Manufacturing tolerances o. Ä. Be compensated.

- an illustration of a battery disconnect switch according to FIG. 1 in the closed state.
The battery disconnector shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 has a housing, of which only the housing bottom. 8 is shown on which individual parts of the Battery disconnect switch are mounted. An upper housing part, which covers the components of the battery disconnect switch not shown.
Der erfindungsgemäße Batterietrennschalter gemäß der Fig. 1 und
2 weist ein erstes Anschlusselement 5 und ein zweites
Anschlusselement 6 auf. Das erste Anschlusselement 5 dient der
Verbindung des Batterietrennschalters mit einer Batterie,
während das zweite Anschlusselement 6 zum Anschließen des
Batterietrennschalters an einen Laststromkreis dient. Die
Anschlusselemente 5, 6 umfassen Anschlussfahnen, welche
The battery disconnector according to the invention according to FIGS. 1 and

Anschlusselemente 5, 6 miteinander verbindet. Das
Kontaktelement 71 ist als im Wesentlichen rechteckig
ausgebildetes Metallelement ausgebildet, dessen beiden Enden im
geschlossenen Zustand des Batterietrennschalters mit jeweils
einem der Anschlusselemente 5, 6 in Verbindung stehen. The contact means 7 comprises a

Spulenkörper 11 verschieblicher Bolzen ausgebildet, an dessen
The
eingeschaltet.

The lifting movement of the
Zustand verriegelt. While closing the battery disconnect switch

Ankers 12.The locking
kurzzeitig eingeschaltet.
